This time photographs we're good. Then I saw the amount I had entered was wrong. It was confusing trying to correct it, so I suggest adding instructions for corrections. Other than that it was very easy. Also, I could not tell how far to place the camera so some indicator lines would help. Otherwise, great and easy. Thank you. Regards, Roger Carson

Update: May 27th It seems to be working again, still unsure of what the problem originally was. The app is simple and easy to use if you don't have time to reach a computer for a quick transfer. They also support text transfers so long as you set it up beforehand. Old Review: May 26th Kept crashing each time I tried to log in. Wasn't having issues prior. Tried restarting my phone and it still refuses to work. Note: Don't remove reviews due to technical issues, it's misleading and doesn't help.

This app is simple and easy to use. it's really easy to make transfers and pay the credit card bill from here. only weird thing is the credit card account info and payment stuff seems to pull up in an external link. it still works well but its layout and functionality isn't cohesive with the rest of the app. would still recommend this app though!

They've updated the app now it crashes every time I try to log in. As soon as I enter my info and click submit it closes out and crashes...what did you do to the app?!?! It was working perfect all this time. I should of known something was up when the new landing page looked weird...smh! Bring back the old app, no problems with that version.

When you try to deposit a check on the mobile app it will log you out due to inactivity, say unable to capture in auto capture mode, and will log you out when you try to capture the picture manually. The app has had little use besides checking balances on the go. I have never found the app capable of keeping up with other institutions like usaa, navy federal, or wells fargo. I appreciate the service I get when I go into a branch but the acu mobile experience has been negative overall.

Terrible app! I don't like to complain or give bad reviews but this app is a nuance, it crashes, won't accept my password and has locked me out of my online account 5 times! I have to call the bank and go thru the painful process of resetting my password, which is an outstandingly good security by the bank, but it defeats the process of convenience.😣😞👎👎👎.

Often have to retake mobile deposit pictures. Had 4 checks rejected without any notice (no text or email, just a debit on my account saying the deposit was rejected). Hold onto your checks until they clear. Other banking apps are much better and more reliable.

I find more and more options are made available. I'm pleased with the information and the process of which it is issued. One thing that needs work is customer support. The staff can be extremely rude on the phone. They made me feel like I should go on line to get questions answered. However, when you reach to the correct department/person the experience is much much better.

overall the app is ok. i did gave a problem witht scheduling billpay. one payment i sent with the intentions of delaying the hit to my account did not go as planned and the creditor hit my account 4 days earlier than the scheduled date. serious bummer. i just know now that i will never schedule a payment with this app again.

Works great! I live out of state, so being able to manage my $ without going to a branch is a must. The app and the desktop site allow me to do it all. It works so well, I don't even need a local Bank or CU. Mercy! My google pic is from when I worked at ACU. I was an insider, with the app and desktop site, I still am! That's how seemless it all is. It's easily accessible. I can check balance in my account anywhere before making a purchase or transaction. I also like that it lnotifies me of any transaction more than $100. I really enjoying it.

Has to be the worst mobile app ever. First issue I wrote 10 July 2021 on check, it has to be in number format so I had to get another check an write 7/10/2021. Second, on back of check I wrote Mobile Deposit Only, it has to be written for Mobile Deposit only. Never had this issue with USAA or NFCU. I would think ACU would have a better system but I was incorrect. It took 13 minutes to make this one Deposit because of this.

Easy deposits, transfers, and Zelle. Bill pay easy to use but doesn't display bill pay history. Very stable, my Suntrust app goes down for updates all the time, never an issue with this one!

Credit card management is a struggle to manage through app due to limitations. Also can't find out details of decisions when people commit fraud on your account. Can only transfer a limited number of times between accounts. LARGE PLUS-It is working and functional almost all the time, mobile deposits, and has detailed transactions on first screen.

I've been using this for a while. It was great. Now it won't let me login. I've tried dozens of times, including confirming identity through text. It doesn't do anything. Either it won't let me login at all or gets stuck in security screen. Why?

Just bank with other credit union. I came here because my family does, but its hurting me to have an account. Maybe I'll just open a savings at wells fargo. A year ago planet fitness charged my account but they have another card, so they didn't need to charge this one. I'm having a hard time for a refund and robinhood I ended my subscription a year ago they went in my account and charged $30 without my knowledge which closed my account. Didnt tell me. I will be taking my money out & leaving

Not sure if there is an issue in the app. Have been trying to zelle a payment for 3 days now. App says there is no token for this user. Anyone else having this issue?

This app pops up 20 times a week. Totally drives me wacky. Most of the updates are for garbage I don't use and am unable to delete.

Transfers are instant. Too many updates or blocks from seeing account info late night or early weekend. Accessing things like statements online are not very user friendly.

Could be better designed to be more intuitive. Menu card to find. Not like other better apps...but hey, at least ACU finally joined the 21st century.

Excellent staff via phone, and dependable service thru use of this app. Been a client of associated since 2005. I am a katrina person, my initial visit to associated was an experiance i will never forget. A this app helps this senior lady solve many problems. Thanks Associated. God Bless.!

Not happy with picture taking. Kill the voice prompt and recognize when check image doesn't meet your criteria before snapping the shot.

This App has helped me take charge of my Bills and help me know if I have made all the payments I need to pay each month . Thanks so much for Bill Pay. Very Happy Customer.

I love this app because it allows you to perform many business transactions with excellent security. I only wish it offered free Fico check like other apps.

I really like this app...I can do all my banking on line. I can do everything (except withdraw money) on app without going to physical sit.

Fantastic and very compatible with other financial services. App makes banking simple and easy. Good layout of variety of in app functions.
