Why can't I make credit card payments?! I've been trying for 3 days and each time I go to type in the amount I'm paying off it's saying that the amount is not greater than $0.00 ?!?! The few times I have managed to get it to work, at the last step (the reviewing of transaction) it suddenly clucks out and says that there's an error!!!! the update is the WORST

Does not show the title of the accounts as I have assigned, just letters and numbers. Cannot deposit checks electronically. Notifications for when my balance changes comes hours sometimes a day later. Cannot access my account and routing numbers I have to have it written down. Thinking about moving back to my previous bank because this app is so bad.

1.27.21. much much better!!! 5.9.20Can't make credit card payments unless minimum balance. Won't load unless updated to latest version even though running on latest version. The previous version before all the changes was easier on the eyes and worked flawlessly.

The ACU of Texas App has been very helpful. I live in Florida now because of work and didn't want to give up my Credit Union relationship. I'm able to everything from online banking and V Banking from the app. This app is better and easier to use than any other.

Associated credit Union is always helpful and this app very easy to use . I'm not that good with technology or technology or the computer but I went inside one day explained it to 1 of the young people working there and they were very helpful and showed me how to do it on my phone and now I do it all the time I'm very grateful for them, they are all very helpful.

I have reinstalled twice, called the bank twice and gone by the bank. Ever since I downloaded the new app I have not been able to make a transfer at all. I also updated my phone. I want the old app back!!

I love using this app. I use it several times a day. It is so convenient and easy to use. I don't know what I would do without it. Whenever I am in doubt about my account balance, all I have to do is login to confirm it. The app also allows for transfers, and direct payments for any loan. This is an amazing tool that makes life so much easier.

Did update and now I can NOT sign into my account. This is a hassle. It seems every time the app or functions change it makes things more difficult. Most other updates to other apps make things better and I can still access my app. Rating Poor

The app only comes up on 1/4 of my tablet screen in portrait mode and 1/3 in landscape mode. It shuts down when I try to go to bill pay.

Woke up and couldn't log into app due to certificate error, was directed to play store. Updated app, still can't log in. Uninstalled and reinstalled, and still getting cert errors.

The main reason I downloaded this app is because there is only one ACU bank in my area. I specifically wanted to deposit checks remotely. That feature doesn't work on this app. I tried over and over and all I got was a "Fail".

Gave it a one because I couldn't give it a zero. Have to change password everytime I log in. Tried to get help said they couldn't help as I was the only one with this problem. Said it was my computer which is new. Told it was my phone also new.

Bad Bad Bad Declines my card even though i have the money in my acct. and shows on the mobile banking app that i got the money out and i didnt so embarrassing this all started happening when they changed from visa debit card to mastercard and it only happens when my direct deposit goes in every 2 weeks. im going to close my acct. and go somewhere else.

Unable to log in even after updating my Android software to Android 10 and the app itself is updated to the latest released update. Really frustrating.

I Love this Credit Union, and I love using this app. It's easy to use and understandable on everything it has to offer related to my Financial Portfolio. I highly recommend ACU

no one can seem to help me with the verification problem I've been having since the new app came out. I can no longer access my account with out verifying my phone ever time I need to log in.

Not able to log into my account anymore tried resetting and uninstalling the app but it still won't allow me to.....hope this gets fixed soon.

I've been with this bank for over 10 yrs. Got my first credit card thru them. Financed my first car. Built my credit rating with their help. My bank for life!!

I have been a member with this credit union for several years, I love it, they Always willing to meet a need, very friendly people, I can always count on them, wouldn't trade them for nothing, always have a good experience.

it's convenient and fast, I don't have to sit down at a computer desk, nor carry a heavy laptop, I can take this mobile app 'Everywhere' I Go.

Can not make credit card payments. Also the older version had a more simple to read design

Newest update is the worst, can no longer log-in woth ease of fingerprint and it does not remember your information like it used to, please fix

Can't make a credit card payment tried in app and on website keep giving me either transfer has failed or can't make payment due to invalid amount .

Unable to deposit mobile checks, really difficult and always give different errors.

App is great when it works, past two days it won't open so I have no access to see my account info
