The last update made the app stop working. When I try to launch the app, it just shows a white screen. When I wait it doesn't change.
App doesn't work. Hangs with a blank white screen until it times out. That's all it does.
Checks regularly fail. Leaving me with over drafts. Why does it take 3 days to see if it failed . Other banks it is a same day deposit with no failure.
The app is crashing constantly and saying it can't verify credentials even after I just talked to a person at AHCU to get into my account, it used to work great but not anymore. I'm pulling all my funds out and putting them into my other financial institute, I need to have access to my accounts 24/ 7 and this just isn't doing that anymore.
it keeps asking me to update when i have updated this app. I would give Zero but no option for that. Very hard to use on multiple devices like phone , lap top , work computer, especially after this last update. I had to chage my password again!!! and finally got in but now there is no option to do mobile deposit. VERY FRUSTRATING!!!!
Was forced to update and couldn't get that to work,so I uninstalled. Now I cannot I stall it at all. The website is not mobile friendly, so mobile banking option has essentially been cut off.
This app doesn't tell you how to endorse the mobile deposit check. Mine was rejected because I didn't have the right words in the endorsement. Luckily I wasn't relying on using the money right away.
This app is constantly crashing. I don't know why that is but it needs to get fixed. This is a constant issue. At least a couple times a week I can't access my account via the app.
Very convenient for depositing checks. It takes a few days to process, but that's easier for me than depositing in person.
so far this seems like an amazing feature, jury still out until i see how smooth the process goes with the rest this ie....how long it will be for the funds to become available.
Updated this app and it keeps telling me that there's an update available. When I try to update, it opens the app!

Great app. I wish the card option was all one app instead of another app separately. Also sometimes it doesn't open and I'll have to clear the cache for it to open. Otherwise it's an easy app to use. I love that it has the options to show you the account number so you don't have to search for it.
