Got the update forced on me and in two days stopped working. It says there's no internet connection but everything else on my phone works. If its not broke don't fix it.😒

I am a caregiver in my late 20s, and tech savvy. This app is far from user friendly. You are unable to efficiently edit your clock ins/outs, let alone one's own name. When I reached out to customer support, I was sent on loop after loop, before even speaking with an actual agent. Once I did, they took down my information and hours and assured me they would correct them. This took quite some time. After we hung up, I checked the app to see if things had been edited. They had not. Awful app.

Its better than calling and loggin on the phone line , the only thing i dislike is that i gave it permission to my location all the time and it still constantly sends notifications asking for permission ,its so annoying

I've had the update for about 12 hours and I already officially hate the update. Everytime I try to go into a client's history to double check it's accuracy I get kicked out of the app without ever getting into the client's information and have to log in again. So I log back in, select history, select the client, get kicked out, log back in, select history, select the client, get kicked out, log back in, select history, select the client, get kicked out, log back in... GRRR!

App was working for the last few months no problem all of a sudden its not even letting me in says app stop working. Tried reinstalling it clocked me in but want let me in app. Why give us something that dont work right?

Very prompt and accurate during use. It allow to correct mistakes made when during clocking in and out. If i have a bussiness, i will use Assuricare plus I will recommend them for family and friends.

Can't log in anymore (it's been weeks). Customer service can't get me into the app either. Went from a 5 star app to 2. Excellent app when it worked though.

It sucks. Design is stupid. Can't get logged in . Kicks me out constantly. Then I have to reset password 3 times to get in.

This site is very good and helful and have pravacy of our information on the phone. I like it very much. I can check in without any problem.

It kept stopping on my phone. I uninstalled and installed it back. It's still the same problem

I'm having a hard time with app. I'm getting a password that the company send me no response from the app.

This app isn't bad but should definitely let caregivers see their schedule for the week.

Better than previous service used. Friendly service. Accurate app.
