Asteroid Marauder Retro
STORYOn returning from testing the Hyper Jump functionality of your prototype fighter, you discover that your planet has been blown to pieces by the Marauder. With nothing left to live for, you decide to jump the 20 light years to destroy the Marauders home planet of Irata.
Your space ship can only jump 1 light year at a time so you will face 20 waves of asteroid strewn space wastes and the star forces of the marauder. However, fear not, your prototype fighter has been designed to be upgraded so you can unlock and pick up power-ups. Better yet you can string multiple power-ups together for devastating fire power.

I wanna buy it. You deserve to have people pay you to play this. Here's a thought. In the near future add DLC. Or a multiplayer mechanic. This game is awesome. Thank you for the space invaders clone by the way. But I have one complaint. It doesn't feel hopeless like the arcade and daunting. I know because I perfectly emulate the arcade with mame on my android. It makes me cry just how much effort you put in. It's easy to be a spectator, but it's difficult to implement. And you put it for free. Much love man

Would be better if the buttons can be adjusted. I always press the hyperspace button accidentally while firing.
Very nice glowy looking ships and asteroids. Fun to play and a nice difference from original asteroids game
This is a very nice Asteroids clone, but the lack of controller support ruins it. I don't get why so many developers miss out on the potential that gamepad support brings. Just another game I can't play on my TV.
Got round the small buttons problem by playing on my hudl2 tablet happy days
Why do I have to re-select my gamepad every time I run the app? It should save your settings.
Wow this game takes me back to 1981 when I used to play it in the arcades in Morecambe, cheers.
It's a different, somewhat-altered version of that cultural touchstone where you fly a little ship around, blasting rocks floating in space. You know, the one that rhymes with "Blasteroids?" Grand fun, and the occasional ad doesn't feel intrusive, at all.
Excellent game, even has the little UFOS I remember. Love the name, did it come to you in an electric dream?. Perhaps the game is missing one thing, the Maauders may need a Flip, OK?. (Excuse the bad puns, but you started it :-))

Very enjoyable game. Excellent implementation of modern graphics and audio with a distinctly retro feel. Quite often retro shooters make the mistake of being paced exactly like their late 70's and early 80's counterparts, Maurader is suffienctly coked-up to keep the modern audience engaged and fighting for the next level. The environments and models are excellent for an independent and free game. Give this one a try it's time we'll spent.
Great graphical and sound effects as well as great playability. Smooth controls with hid gamepads. Epic big boss fights with about 20 levels in the game. Ri productions really does produces top quality retro games. +1👍 to help developer. This game is so worthy.

The fluid controls have to be experienced to be believed, though hyperspace is a little sensitive. Hyperspace can also be fatal which seems wrong. Nice to have a no ads option which is well worth it. Tough learning curve and it's not easy despite the power-ups unlocking very quickly. The first boss isn't far into the game and is difficult to beat. Also I hate seeing the deliberate misspelling of asteroids. Fantastic game though and love the music and Irish voice. Still some room for polish.
