I'm really enjoying this! Only issue I've run into is that some of the U.I. doesn't register. For example, the option to train a player doesn't work even though I have the required amount of points. I've also encountered and issue with the option to go the bullpen after visiting the mound. Nothing happens. Other than that, great game!
Fun little game. It has a few quirks... as an example a challenge system that occasionally sets a goal of beating the team you are controlling for your bonus, but that's only happened oncr ao far. When your budget for extension doesn't kick in for the nee season until after the guys you want to resign are gone is frustrating. But I'm sinking alot of time in and enjoying the game. If you like baseball, or just sports managment games i think you will too.
Highly entertaining! It would be terrific if there would an option to view character saved in the watchlist, also an ability to adjust budget for extensions and free agents. A loan would also be great! I started with my own team, and the money won in a cup is barely noticeable, not really enough to work with my low total Budget.
I love this game. Great simulator. However, there are a few things that would make it better: 1. Playoffs - the playoffs are a crapshoot. its based off luck, and should be 5 game or 7 game series instead 2. off-season trades 3. Increase service time for rookies 4. Reward rebuilds more (connects back to #3) 5. Unused budget carries over to the next year (rewarding rebuilds) 6. play division rivals more - this would solve the problem of 3 55 win teams in one division.
This game has huge potential but it is severely lacking in some areas. For instance, the draft needs improvement. It doesn't make sense to only be able to draft 3 players a year. Also, it lacks a basic understanding of contracts. If some basic improvements are made this would easily be a 5 dollar game.
This is an excellent example of how to do mobile management games. There are microtransations that are optional, and honestly for single player they don't matter. I would like to see better visibility on the age of players since it isn't immediately obvious, plus often when you start a game you'll have "rookies" who are 28-32 years old and it isn't immediately clear. Other than that, I'd love to see more done with the minors, better trade stuff (trade draft picks?), and contract stuff. Love it!
Great baseball manager game. I find myself playing it pretty regularly, and it doesn't require an internet connection to work. If I'm going to nitpick, the contract part of the game could be tweaked to improve roster balance. Also, challenges are often impossible to meet because they're set against teams that don't exist.
An improvement over the prior version, and the dev should be proud of what he /she /they have created. It definitely scratches the itch for a decent baseball sim. I suspect the limitations are due more to funding and resources, so very big studios, think about kicking this person some funds! As for gameplay, you need to do a fair bit of learning by trying to sort some things out, and I wish not every team was at or near its salary cap because it makes trading awfully difficult.
It's much better than earlier versions, however, some of the more expensive restaraunts and shops are not included; also some of the monuments have not been included. I played 82 games, some teams twice, some four, some six, some eight, and some teams i didn't play at all; some of the teams i played at home, some away and some home and away.
Maybe need an update for the training system and some improvement at draft system? The training is confusing since no graph about which and how they improve, and are they got improve too if they got send to minor team or not having a chance to play. Also having an option to sign a sponsorship would be nice since money & budget are the most frustating thing in this game after playing for a few season. Otherwise, it still a good game
I feel like you lose 80% of the time when i skip matches, like seriously im 1st and i lost to a team thats 4th with pitchers that have 4-6 ERA . Still a good game tho! Some bugs i noticed: Sometimes names of players will overlap. I can't train rookies that require 50 training points with exactly 50 training points so i have to always have atleast 1extra. Im using very safe but sometimes players will attempt to steal bases multiple times.
Truly a very fun game. I can play for hours and not get bored at all, only more intrigued by my team's performance. The only I wish was in this game is the ability to change a player's position or at least teach him a new position. Having a versatile player(s) that can play multiple positions would be great. Even still, excellent baseball management game.
Its a decent set up the ranking of the players is formated weirdly. You can have an allstar but has red throughout. A number system would be better. Also making the game realistic cause you can have the best pitchers and team and still lose tons.
I just downloaded this game and selected the cirt Chicago since I live in the burbs iut here. I see the player names generated were based on Cub players. I looked and couldn't find the other team in Chicago, of course the White Sox. I've played games similar to this which had 2 team towns. This is a first for me. I had no choice to choose another city.
This is a GREAT GAME. I love it. But it needs more specific stats for example power 89/100 and velocity as a stat needs to be on the players page and trading would be way more fun if you could trade draft picks, trade more than than 3 players and trade money. It also would be more fun if there were more teams offering trades to you. Last what the heck is the pitching stat like my guess would be movment but idk same with the hitting stat , it took me a minute to figure out it was contact.
A nice quality as far as I can tell concerning the graphics ! But,it not exciting without seeing the players actual movements from the first inning and the first pitch to the last out associated with the last inning ! So, there is definitely not much excitement because of the forementioned statements ! Thank you for communicating with me ! MR.DC🤔🤗
Is there a way to start a season where the other teams logos don't change from their original logos? there is no point assigning logos to teams if you can't even use them in season. I know it may be a small thing but it takes a lot from the game for me. I like to get as close to realism and I can and the Kansas City Royals with a bobcat logo or the Baltimore Orioles with a shark just doesn't work for me. Edit: yes I think it would add to the game even if in a minimal way.
I'd give this a 4* rating. This game has so many potential. Please add more details, in the roster section, please add defensive rating. It will be more helpful to other users insteaddepending on the comments said in the office section. Please add more tips to users especially those beginners. About the trades, offers, and upgrades, please be more less expensive. The game was hard to play, and hard to comprehend. Especially the AI, I made a team that was more powerful but they kept losing.
I enjoy the game but needs some tweaking, for example; trades- most times its impossible to trade players even if the players being traded is of lesser skill and equal money and that team is in need of that players position. Drafts- many times I didn't make the playoffs and still had the last pick in the draft. I would like to see more draft options as well, like trading a player for a better pick. Recruiting- most time all recruits refuse to come to my team even if I'm the defending champion.
Excellent game. You do get thrown in the deep end in the beginning, but it takes maybe 20mins to get the hang of it. The formula for this game has potential for so many other games: cricket, rugby and even soccer!!!
It's pretty simple and kills time and settle my mind so I can sleep. Like the challenge of trying to build a franchise to be more than a contender! It's what I do on my Xbox and since I'm away from home this helps.
Great game even for baseball newbies. Easy to play but hard to master. Very involving as a management simulation. I especially like the Story after each match (you get to understand what just happened). Hoping for some updates (so just 4 stars for now). Thanks.
One of the best mobile baseball games. You can edit your team and players with ease. You can upgrade your stadium, change your lineups, and improve your minor team. (Which is also editable.) There are some problems. Games tend to have very high scores, (often 8+ runs) player grades are very broad; Ryan Braun is literally (literally) the same player as Christian Yelich. Training players is very hard in the beginning, you can't sub mid game, etc. This is not an MLB sim. There are 18 teams. 7.5/10.
Game was fun at first, but then it got impossible to make your team better. No matter what I couldn't get good players because you never have enough money so your stuck with middle to low level players. Also no matter what i did, I never made money at the stadium so upgrading was impossible.
Basic game play is a lot of fun but there are a lot of features that are not explained anywhere, and some odd glitches. The purchase system has just quit working on me, saying that I "already own that item" even when I have restarted and so want to buy another advanced player for a totally new game. It never used to do that and I'm not sure what's going on. The stories about the games/fan quotes are very cute but sometimes grammatically incorrect or just not the way real news stories are written
