Works fine until it doesn't. I only use it to check my balance and transation history but latley the app has 100% refused to open. My phone is a Droid and only about a year old and Ive made sure it has the most current updates so I dont see what the problem would be.
I had this app for a year with my old apple phone with no issues. I just went back to android (which I had the app on here before, also no issues) and now the app won't open at all after I installed it. Please fix this. I use the app daily.
I'm convinced the 1 star in the astra logo is an intentional representation of the app's quality. I've downloaded and unintalled this app several times over the past few months and literally every time I have tried to "enroll now" the app crashes.
its the first time I've used a bank app and I don't really require anything other than checking my balance and transferring money once in awhile. I've had no problems with it and I appreciate the straightforward interface.
It's great but more often there is always a "problem validating my information". The system has some kind of bug or problem the won't allow access to your account and then lock you out when you attempt to login.
these updates need to stop!!! i understand programmers need to keep their jobs, but leave the menu options alone. I've had so many issues since the last update but fortunately they were fixed today, but its EXTREMELY inconvenient when you cant log into your account and you live nowhere near a branch office.
Jared, I have two other bank apps. They both work much better than this one does. They allow finger scanning as a sign in tool. They're much easier to use in taking a a picture of a check and making a deposit.
I downloaded this app because Astra's web page won't let me login to my account; the login option is literally not available. And this app was not much help either. I just downloaded it and it's telling me to download the latest version and won't let me login. Needless to say, I do in fact have the lastest version...
Sure makes life simpler having this banking app! Only thing now is to have the site of others to stop whippersnapping cause I dont appreciate testing being done in an attempt change things around in the mean time by groups (mobsters) that shout falsehoods. Holding things or thought to attempt remote control for less and not the more perfect union we all can be as u.s.a. citizens shall be. United is the way.

This app is terrible!! It never works! I install and uninstall and repeat!! Definitely needs fixed! Get with it Astra
Convenient when it works, but it is CONSTANTLY not working properly. I'm probably going to switch banks because of this.
Do not like the app. It keeps running in back ground after I close it out and it wont show me my accounts or how much is in them.
The updates on the app are alot better than the old one. Love being able to do mobile deposit its super convenient.

Working great. ALMOST perfect. Thank You! It didn't open for my new Pixel 6 until I downloaded the app from the Astra Bank web page. That link worked fine after I restarted my phone. Android users prepare to be frustrated until you figure that out. Make sure your app is set to receive automatic updates.
