Astro Hours (Star of the Magi)
The main rule is quite simple: the planet that rules the day and the hour promotes those activities which are in tune with its principle and can impede those activities which are of the opposite nature.Astro Hours displays the astrologic hours for the current day. Also, the user can see the list of the hours for the chosen date or for period. Moreover, the user can set filters with certain hour ruler.

In the Astro Hours the user has the ability to choose combination of planetary rulser
- hour ruler of his interest, moving forward or backward in time.
Interactive map is there to help users to set the geographic location and clculate astrologic hours for it.
In order not to miss the hour of interest, you can set a notification and later manage it.

I like this app a lot, but the feature I wanted most, the alarms, don't appear to work when set. No matter what i do, the alarm does not save my settings and always defaults to "each," so you can't set specific alarms for specific hours or days.
I really like this app, it's simple to use, very straight forward, and having the ability to see the entire days planetary hours so quickly and easily has really impacted my life for the better, it helps by bringing some extra knowledge and understanding to my day, as well as some much needed foresight.
The app itself appears to have much information to offer, however ... I am not a fan on the constant intrusive advertisements. If everytime I look at an app or feature of that app I am bombarded with an advertisement - it's no longer worth my time. Sadly I felt it necessary to uninstall this app after a few days.
So far I am enjoying the app overall; however the alarms don't seem to be properly aligned to the days and hours; nor does the hours lookup feature seem to be properly aligned to the days and hours. If I am missing something please let me know. Thanks!
Over the years I've used four apps on this phone that are supposed to do what this app does. All I ever wanted was a constant notification but I would know the planetary hour at a glance. With this app, the notification stays in the status bar!
Recently, the planets icons on notification bar freeze and don't change until I click on it and open the app. Should be a bug after update. updated: thanks for fast respond, yes you are right, one more star added. would be 5 star if details about plants were correct! I will email you the correct details about each planet.
The alarm feature never sounds; it only vibrates the phone. The clock on the main screen stops and doesn't stay with the system clock, though the countdown feature works.
Does not have the ability to change time from military time to regular time. Very frustrating and time consuming to stop and convert. Needs the option for 12 hr or 24 hr format. Right now app is set in 24 hr mode.
Good, but can't plan in advance, doesn't calculate accurate for past or future days. Solid app to know planetary hours for the day!! Like it. But would like it better with upper features working correctly.
It was the best planet hours app for me, it was always on the status bar on my phone, it will be more great if the description of every planets planets has more information and explanations. But still, I love this app
This app hands down is a gem. Thank you creator who created this...I'm learning my chart and this makes sense. It has become my everyday it just all makes sense. literally check it when I check the time .so if you starting to understand ur birth chart and curious on understanding your placements and the energy in them and how it works .makes ur days make sense.thanks again
Not sure how true the times are. The only option is for the sidereal zodiac, which is great for people that use it. Most astrologers prefer the tropical zodiac though.
Great app! I learned how to calculate planetary hours some years back. Its fun to learn but time consuming to do on a weekly basis so this app is a blessing. Love it!
Great experience except for the planet descriptions in Russian on the notifications. No way to change this at the moment.
I'm trying to get alarms to work only for the 2nd planetary hour attributed to the planet of each day (the one closest to noon), so Monday the second Moon hour. Tuesday, the second Mars hour etc. I don't seem to be able to work around in any way to achieve this. Any thoughts?

Good app thanks for updating but we need to to write notifications hours time in status bar example, from jupiter time to Mars time 06:15 AM - 07:15 AM Thankful for taking our advice
Current planetary hour right in my notification bar. Zero clicks to get the info I need.
Practical for daily hours but the user interface is not practical at all if you wanna choose an other date...
I love this app but it seems like some of the descriptions are switched, like the moon and saturn.

The date-picker is kind of annoying when it comes to picking older dates.
I don't mind ads but I don't like ads that have noise. It makes it not safe to open the app a lot of the time. Fix that and you get four stars. Make it so I can look ahead at other dates and you get five. Even a paid version that does that and gets rid of ads would win. edit: thank you for your response. loving the app and find it super useful. found the future look up where you said. still have an issue with the ads. please either disable the sound or default it to much quieter.
