My streams are subpar and I couldnt get any full HD videos ever since March this year. I've tried changing internet connection on my phone and reinstalled in case it has any updates, but it doesnt solve it. My streams would wither be very laggy, stuck or playing with 144p resolution before the app crashes. It's not a problem on other devices i.e. Iphone or laptop/pc. I'm using Pixel 6, no issue prior to March. Pls help me fix the issue!

I am using a Samsung Galaxy Tab S 7FE for my Astro Go viewing. Initially the screen size was perfect and I could view any programmes on my full 10 inch screen but lately it has shrunk to like half of my screen only for my tab. On my phone the screen size is good. I have tried uninstalling and installing the Astro Go app but the screen still appears small. Can you please look into this and help me solve this issue? Thank you.

The latest update on 8/8 is terrible. How on earth do I browse/watch by channel now? Please remember that Astro is primarily a live/channel based broadcast. Your new UI is not tailored for it. You guys are not Netflix. Whomever that came up with this brilliant redesign idea is obviously clueless.

My one plus 9 pro actually dont have any problem at all with astro go apps. However after update seems like its compressed to the bottom left. Cannot watch as usual. Never back to normal. Install and uninstall 4-5 times but still remain the same. Appreaciate if you can fix this. Please!

Idea is good but server is too slow. My internet connection was 50Gbps, Jitter and ping were single digit, no problem at all when streaming on different provider. But connection constantly stuck on certain channels. In average, 2 out of 5 channels got stuck when I'm trying to stream.

The recent update is terrible. Everytime i press rewind ,the subtitles are blocked for a few seconds. Can you revert back to previous format or at least make the lower black bar a bit thinner. Ish!

Used to be okay all this while. After the recent updates everything goes heir weir. Can't even watch it with my hp as the screen turn out to be tiny screen but the menu show enlarge icon instead. Appreciate if can do some uat before updates to prevent customer disappointment.

No option to cast totally ruins the purpose of the streaming app. Only a astro subscriber can access the app n there is 4 user at once limitation so y block the casting option. Astro without (basic)/ with sports package option is more expensive than any other streaming platforms available in MY. Time to think about this for the app developers n bring some flexibility.

Lame app. You can only register max 4 devices despite only allow 2 concurrent streams. Once you max up your device registration and swap up new device, you can only swap again next month, bummer! Too bad when your new device can't run this app (network errors etc) and you are not able to swap back the old device until next month. Pls fix this. RE:to claim it is for security is just nonsense, only to disclose how lame this measure is, can't you do better? Perhap hire more competent security team?

It's already year 2022, and still no cast option to Android TV. Try to use mirroring but restricted because of copyright. So I have connect my laptop using hdmi to play from astro go web version. It's not that I can find a 55 inch laptop with 4k lmao. So primitive and still wanna monopolise TV channel industry.

System update is bad. Your decision to force people to only update the devices that can use Astro Go ONCE every MONTH is terrible. Security? Only people with the ID & password can login. Why would YOU want to force OUR account to only change once a month? If 1 person has it login into his phone, laptop, ipad, that already takes up 3 slots. Imagine if there are 5 people in the family. If it's not broken, then don't fix it. Change it back to how it was

Useless application for mobile . Please fix it , with fast mobile data it still shows no internet connection and disconnect all the time , frustrating application for mobile users . Its doing fine in desktop version

App crashed when expanding On Demand TV Shows. I can watch On Demand videos but when I selected "See All" to expand the list, the app crashed. I can only watch those shows on the main page. Please fix this issue. I don't recall I had this issue earlier, I was able to watch these videos with ease. Tried on different Android devices but faced with same issue. Don't ask me to contact your FB team because it's not related to my account. This is a technical issue. Looking forward to quick fix!

It works but why is there no option to make it full screen or at least fill the screen. You do realize that the market now is saturated with all kids of phones/tablets with different screen resolution right? Most of the channels i want to watch will have black borders on the left/right because the video can't be played in full screen. Previous AOTG app had the option to change the aspect ratio of the video being played. Please add that feature back.

Been using this app for almost a year. The buffering, lag and hang issues got worse over time. I've lost count of the times when I'm watching live football games and missed epic shots due to this issue. But wait, here's icing on the cake. When screen mirror from my Samsung S7, I can only watch scheduled shows which are being played at the time. Catching up on shows I've missed the telecast through screen mirror, the screen on my TV goes blank. The show is running because I can see the playback bar is moving on my phone but nothing reflects on my TV. And finally, cherry on top. Screen mirror from my Huawei P20 Pro. The app loads up and shows on my TV fine. Once I play the show that I want to watch, screen on my TV goes blank but there's audio though. This happened with both scheduled and complete series. In other words, I can't screen mirror from my Huawei to watch Astro Go. It's not a phone or TV issue because I'm able to screen mirror and watched other similar apps from both my Samsung and Huawei phones seamlessly.

It's good that the apps got some updates but I hate the fact that these updates are not user friendly and there is no horizontal lock screen for the streaming video. Everytime I change the position of phone the streaming video will also change. There is also no list of drama based on channel like previous version which make the search more difficult and nuisance at the same time. I hope that they'll make some adjustments and improve it to a user friendly apps.

Only one major bug I found in this app is when you tap out from the app while a video is playing then quickly switch to the app back, the video will be in slow motion for no reason (must be a problem with the video or audio decoder). The new UI is quite good but it's messy and cluttered. Here are some suggestions. Channels and recent videos should be on the left menu. The app video player should also include video quality selection. Thumbnail should display the price of the video.

The new version keeps crashing. Videos load very slowly or can't load at all. Most episodes are not the latest, unlike before. Subtitles are too small, especially when watching on the phone. It was fine previously. Other than a nicer interface, there seem to be nothing "improved" about it.

I accidentally updated the app today as i had to delete and then reinstall it (didnt turn on auto update). Was surprised to find that the app's layout has changed. I do have to admit that the interface is better and selection for live streaming under channel guide is good. Couldn't give 5 stars yet as the sorting list is still rigid and i cant hide channels that i dont evenwatch from crowding my viewing list. Looking forward for another upgrade with better improvement! Thank you and keep it up 😁

The thought of making this kind of app is great. But, for me, the app itself is good but needs a large improvement. It keeps on loading every 2 minutes I watch a movie. Maybe it is my connection, and I admit sometimes it is, but whats the issue when I have 4G at full bar connectivity? Besides that, there is a lot of room for improvement. An example is subtitles, they are often laggy and no background colours make it hard to read them sometimes. I hope you people can improve this app.

First time using the app so I'm not sure how it was before this new version. But, this one really takes some time to do all the fancy animation stuff before we can reach the home page (which practically useless). When browsing, the thumbnails took forever to load. Why don't you just use smaller file size of images? Could save both user time and data!
