I keep this app to pay bills. It was okay initially. But then it became very messy. Log in was not saved despite having some remember pw function. And then when log in it opens internet browser to proceed log in. Then afterwards browser go in here there idk just to log in. Then afterwards view bills idk need to go here there idk again. Then now click log in, goes to browser, and then link not exist. All for paying bills only. Apa ini!!
I only want to addon 1 channel ONLY which is Astro Warna into my channel package but sadly i cant coz Astro tell me the box i currently used is oudated model. To add or reduce channel i MUST change my box to latest model, change to latest channel package which is bit expensive than my current package and absolutely RE-ACTIVATE TWO YEARS CONTRACT. What a business to force customers to pay more. Total BS.
Everytime open, i needed to log in, then whats the purpose of "save my password" feature??!! Log in also need to visit a website!! Dont know how to sync database with your app!! Now that i try opening, "force update the app" but then there is no update on google play!! Seriously, get a proper app running before offering to customers, u are the monopoly in Malaysian mass media entertainment business, yet you deliver this to customers???
I'm trying to install the astro go for my mum on the mipad 5 device and it says the version is incompatible, please do something, the phone view is too small for her and she is not always at home with a TV.
This app is so inadequate. There is no way one can view the bills. To top it up its so sluggish and ofen doesnt show the page. When I said I meant the whole bill and not just the amount due. If you can display the bill as what we used to receive by post than I may rewrite the review. Am editing my review. It's better now and bill amount is viewable but why the advert which pops up first?
Can't login..when i click login, apps redirect to browser, i enter astro id n password, prompt open My Astro, click yes, then, still not login..

After got the latest update, i am cannot enter the apps anymore because always asking for force update. Please fix this issue. I wanna pay my bill
Worse app....uninstall and install for 3 times still prompt for update and came to the same page. Useless app.
Super low quality app. Cannot login, but now they encourage to pay online, if I want to pay offline i need to pay rm7 more for their bill, but i cannot login the app now, how?
Why have I not been able to log in? Whenever I opened the app, it crashed automatically. I've even tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Nothing works. The app is also damn slow in everything. Everything loads slowly, and sometimes it suddenly shows 'Something's Wrong' over and over again. Well, of course something is wrong! Find it and fix it!

Among the most unreliable applications in Play Store. I have been installing and uninstalling the app in order to know my current bills usage and to pay using its portal for the past four to six months. This is really inefficient and time wasting. Maybe the operational department should look into this matter more seriously as this is really unacceptable at all from a satellite TV provider.
Lately can't even open the app. And it is very annoying that we ate required to log into the app each time we open it. What's the point? It was very convenient before, I could check my account, pay bills etc. Just wondering if the developer is aware of this ongoing issue of not being able to open the app. Screen just keeps loading but nothing is happening.

Very slow server response. Kampung like server maybe because don't want to pay for upgraded server. Cannot view my account section. That's a crucial section FYI to see the account outstanding balance. I don't know what kind of handshake they're using. When launching, the app takes probably about 30 to 40 seconds at least to just reach landing page.
Still cannot launch my astro after latest update. What's going on???? You can do better than this!!!!? The app became responsive again after uninstall and reinstall again. I discovered it myself with no help from App developer, who does not seem to be interested in servicing the Customer. 😒😠😡
Astro charge subscribers a premium amount of money, but they still show a lot of advertising in their contents. money leeches. their astroGo app also wont run on chromecast. very backwards company who is greedy.
One of the worst app. I oder for me to log in, the app will jump to a web base platform to login. What is the point you making this app when you need to just to web base platform. On the verfication part, i've key in 6 time and it still say verification no is not valid. Then i just uninstall

Date is 25thJan2022... 1st time installed n tried. It is a rubbish apps. It just hang or loading forever right after you open. Do not use!!!!
The idea is good, and having the ability to remote record is a blessing. HOWEVER, the TV guide is EXTREMELY slow to the point it is sometimes unusable. Nothing to do with the connection... it is slow even connected to fast network.
Force to update apps. My apps is up to date and why it keep asking to force update? When i doea that, it takes mw to play store and says apps is updated yet not able to open because it keep saying forcw update

Unable tu remote record using your app. Majority of your customers are having the same issues for remote record via the mobile app. If the remote record service is having technical difficulties don't publish the service in your websites until the issue has been solved. I downloaded & install this app to enjoy the remote record service but now it does not meet my purporses of installing the app.
Most infuriating APP that exists in the cyberspace.. Keep on changing everytime I try to login. I just want to know the status of my account and it just supply with all types of rubbish and NOT HOW MUCH I HAVE TO PAY TO ASTRO.... THIS APP IS AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE AND A REAL DISGRACE TO ASTRO WHICH IS ACTUALLY A GREAT ETHICAL COMPANY (other than for the APP.) .ps Part of the reason why there is so much problem in login is the fact that the APP does not automatically log out when I close the HP.
