Dreadful!! You can't use the free part of the app unless you confirm to sign up for £28!!!!! A MONTH!!!!!! There's always the option to cancel the subscription before the "free trial" is up but if anybody else is like me and forgot when the free trial ends that's practically thirty quid down the drain!! Needless to say I uninstalled immediately.

App claims to be able to do a daily palmistry scan but still have yet to be able to do that even though I purchased the pro version.

Horrible Customer Service, tried to cancel during trial period (my phone froze, or didn't load completely or I didn't make it through all the stepe) but something went wrong and I didn't know until I was charged the outrageous weekly price. I have tried reading out 3 times about a refund and can't even get a response! Wasn't worth 3.99!@??(>[)44

I just curious on how this apps work, turn out it automatically asked you to subscribe and pay per week (theres a 3 days trial tho). When I tried to cancel the subscription, turns out it can't be cancelled from its app, which I need to go to my credit card setting and cancel it from there. And its not cheap! I suggest you need to cancel the payment right after you uninstall it.

It was fun at first, but the app said I had a free trial and then the next week it'll charge me. Without my options of canceling they automatically charged me!!! Its not worth clicking on the free trial. I asked for a refund which comes in 10 business days. Another thing is that this app doesn't have the option to cancel or unsubscribe button 😕 I hate apps that automatically charges me.

How on earth do you think this is worth $62.99 a week? On further reading the highest in-app purchase is $152.99 a week! Lmfao no wonder the review score is so low. It's apps like this that is the reason why I use a debit card so you can't take any money from it unless I pre-load it with funds first. For people wanting to cancel their subscription, it is not done through the app itself. Go to the Google Play settings (three dashes in the search bar) and select subscriptions and cancel it there.

The worst app design that I haven't seen. User doesn't have option to do trail how accurate this app was to purchase. App is forcing to do payment even to do free trail. I am also a mobile app developer, this is the worst user experience that I never had. Not giving option to user to do free trail. And payment is for weekly ₹4k around too much huge payment subscription for a week.

the price destroyed an otherwise great app... So heres the problem... This app seems to be actually great in all regards of what it promises. The only problem is the price aspect (74€ per WEEK) !! i have just done the free trial and was actually quite satisfyed. I think the problem is that the devellopers have recently put a LOT of money into advertising and thats why they put this horrendous price. Maybe if you dont charge so much people will actually buy your app?? seems like a bad strat :((

I had the option for a free three day trial and it wouldn't let me continue without filling out my credit card information. It was asking for 58(?)$ a week!!! Then when I went back to restart the registration, there was 25% off. I was really annoyed that they didn't off the 25% off first. Don't waste your time or money on this app.

Be very careful of this app. It was added without my knowledge and i attempted to contact them to cancel it well before the alloted time. Now I see theyve billed my bank account for 39.99 even after I requested cancellation. We shall see what happens. I have written to them again asking that my money be refunded.

This is THE WORST app I've ever installed!!! EVER. There is button that says "Read your palm for FREE" and when you click on and it, it says "Purchase or subscribe failed error". And the ads are TOO MUCH, they appear every 2 seconds...uninstalled it right after the installation!!!

This ad isn't what it was made out to be. I tried getting results but I couldn't without doing the trial, in which would end up costing about $30 afterwards. It also didn't help the ads showing up every two minutes. It would be better if you could actually get some results from it, in which you can't without the subscription.

This app charges you over £28 every single week after a free trial and somehow allowed my 5 years old child make this subscription and payments without the need to put password in! What a scam that is! Tried to get a refund from Google play without the success and it cost me over £230 so far for something I would have never used or subscribed to, especially for so much money!!! Disgraceful!

Worst app ever I downloaded it reading it a 3 day free trial version, but it asked for card details it deducted money to check transaction, and it didn't even work post that. I uninstalled the app but post that too it deducted another rupee from my account. I am not sure if this subscription has ended. I don't want to spend my any more money on this app. If subscription charges are deducted without my consent, I will file a complaint.

Takes a really long time for anything and everything to load. Doesn't recognize anything when you take photos. For how much is being charged, I find it a bit ridiculous for it to have so many technical issues. It's absolutely garbage.

They give a 3 day trial (they know you'llget bored quick) but you have to sign up with a paypal account or debit card just to test it, if you accept and forget to cancel, they'll charge you around $40, there's no refund. No thank you.

Worst app I have ever seen. This is fraud. I was charged Rs. 3250 for subscription after 3days of free trial without any intimidation. I had alteady cancelled the subscription still they charged the subscription fee. I was not informed about this transaction and mailed them for refund but they did not get back to me.

this needs to be calls ad simulator. seriously every time you tap anything you get 2 unskippable ads lasting about 10-15 seconds each. and it doesnt even work when you persist through the ads, it just loops back around to more ads. ridiculous.

The service itself is not that bad, in fact it's pretty nice. However, make sure you know where to tap! Somehow i subscribed into their weekly 7 plan! If you found yourself benefitted by the plan, sure go ahead, but, i dont think i'm that dedicated to these form of life advices to the extend i am willing to pay for such service. Now, i'm working for my refund.

This is the most horrible app i ever downloaded i tried the palm reader but it won't work!!! I hate this very much and every 3 seconds there's always an add that is not worth it!!! I recommend you all not to download this one its just a waste of data!! The best features here is that you can uninstall it!!!!😤😤😤😤

I wanted to test on the initial 3 days trail. It was clearly mentioned that before deducting subscription, permission or intimation would be given. However without any information 2400 was deducted. This is not acceptable and very cheap. Please return my money. Also let me know the escalation address

I mean I didn't expect anything to be accurate, but it's not even fun if the readings are SO vague. (Also didn't appreciate the automatic assumption that I'm straight.) And it's a sickening £38 A WEEK for a subscription to it. There is no contact with a human being for that price. If you subscribe to this app for a year without thinking about it, you'll put away about £2000. You'll be better off saving that money up and putting it towards a life-affirming trip to a temple of your choice.

App won't even launch.. I downloaded it cause I kept getting ads for it there has been one time when I have been able to launch it to the point where it asks for my name otherwise I'm just looking at a purple screen forever IT DOES NOT WORK.

it would even be graphically nice, if it wasn't for the thousands of ads that open up withing a minute of use of the app itself. 3 days trial and then super expensive regular payment. It's even impossible to assess if it's a valid app or not. Too bad.

Very expensive and useless. don't give any information before deducting the subscription amount also do not give any message after deduction. I have been charged for two weeks unknowingly. I came to know only when the alert came from my bank. I need my subscription charges back as there was no information before deducting the subscription charges every week. It was a mistake to download this app. pls refund my two weeks subscription charge immediately

Installed cuz I was curious about the palm reading (saw it in an ad) but doesn't even give you a chance to try it (except for the free trial) then charges you 39 bucks A WEEK. Absolute rip off. If I could give it less than 1 star, I would.
