Astronomy for Kids

My daughter loves this and it's a wonderful app, but sometimes it is difficult to tap a certain item cause of them being 2 or more in number and one in top of the other. Also in the quizz part when they're asked to compare and the objects are presented in the same size, it is difficult for my 4 yo to tell the difference which is bigger. If you could add some mini games to make learning interesting that would be great. Thank you :)

Amazing app! I love how it has kids move their device to search the night sky for the planets, constellations, and satellites and it doesn't let them skip around through lessons, they have to complete each one to move to the next. There is also a free play, real time map that they can just explore. I LOVE IT! My 4 year old is blown away! Sadly, she went through all of the lessons in one night. She can't wait for more to come out! Please develop them soon!

This app is cute and a lot of fun. My 4 year old son really enjoys it, but I removed a star because it's waaaaaaay too short. My son literally went through everything (planets, stars, comets, satilites, and quizes) in like 45 minutes. He's just been replaying the videos and taking the quizzes over and over again because he likes them, but also because there's nothing else to do. There has to be more they can add and talk about, right? Besides that, very cute and fun for my son. Shouldn't have ads in a kids game, but .99 isn't bad to pay to remove them. Please add more content.

My child was so excited to try this but is now super frustrated!!! We have tried repeatedly to watch the cinema videos... Tap each one.. black screen then boots us back to the cinema videos page! Nothing works!!! Massive let down for my little one. Dont even bother installing this waste of time.

Love it! We've been enjoying this app for about a year, my son is now 19 months. Even though we've unlocked everything my son still laugh's at "Moo Moo's" plight and enjoys clicking on all the stars and planets. The ads are not bad and worth it for the high quality video segments. We first used this app for sleep training to blast off to nap time and the routine stuck within 2 days. Perfect! Now, my son looks up at night to find the moon to say night night...I still get teary-eyed. Thank you!

I like the game but there's one problem I'm annoyed about, I'm mad about the watching thing where when I'm on the learning planets and I press the video, it just gave me a ad 😒😒. This annoys me so much. Plz fix this plz and I'll give you a five star and change my rating.

My son loved this app. He doesn't usually concentrate very well without being constantly encouraged by others but, with this, he gave his full attention from the start! So pleased! The only downside is how short the app is - he's gone through the whole thing multiple times - so we're hoping there will be an update with new information or even a new app that is similar soon! (temporarily uninstalling due to this)

Confusing for me let alone children but did learn some new facts, i.e. a black hole in cygnus, wow!. 1. The rocket opens a boring solar system animation. Show the system on the day and then give the option to go forward in time. 2. Cinema just shows adverts. Show a picture and the quiz commentary about chosen planet and then an advert. 3. What is the top right corner green flag for ?. 4. Show and explain 'brightness chart' for stars.

Really informative app. Very user friendly and also fun. The quizzes are good and you pass these to unlock the next part. Ads are a bit annoying but they are worth it for this free app. Well done. I'll be definitely using this app again. Hopefully the makers have more apps like this on different subjects e.g. history, geography, oceans etc

This app is great! It learns you facts about planets and stars. and heck, it even has constellations! My only problem is that there is not much to do. And unlocking everything is super easy, I haven't seen the "coming soon" questions too! If there was more to do, I would have given a 5 star rating... but other than that, its a wonderful masterpiece! I prefer downloading this app!

Great information, keeps kids busy! My kids (6, 4, and 2) love this game. The only problem is it MUST be on wi-fi in order to function. Wish I could download all content once and then keep the tablet off wi-fi like I usually do. Worth the time though!

I wanna give it 3 stars but there was no option so I gave 2 stars because there are many pro's and con's- Pro's- *It's informative because it gives so much information by providing size of the celestial body, it's distance from Sun. *So it's very nice and informative for kids and small primary and middle school students. *It's a good app for students who have interest in astronomy. Con's- *Whenever i go to cinema hall it always shows an ad and dosen't show the video. Hope this minor bug fixes...

Lovely app with lots of interesting cartoony information clips for children. However only 2 stars because each clip is plagued with adverts that are not child friendly. We were getting an average of 2 adverts per clip and it ruined the experience.

Thank for fixing issues promptly! 5 stars. Cannot restore purchase on a new tablet. Other tablet broke. UPDATE: Issue was fixed promptly, thank you! Cinema does not play videos, can't open any other planets. I have the paid version.

The video section only plays ads and not the planets videos, until the bug is fixed there's no point. I emailed the developers in settings, wait and see if it is corrected.

brilliant app, however when selecting one of the videos to watch in the film bit it comes up with an advert and upon closing it it goes back to the selection screen, not actually ever playing the videos.. this hasnt always been an issue and it would be great if this problem could be fixed

Great kids app. It is especially cool if you have a smart TV, then you can cast the app to your TV. It provides a nice interactive TV experience.

I paid 50p for no ads and my 5 year old loves this game and plays it daily. however, when he goes into the cinema none of the videos will play. please fix this as my son is very upset. otherwise it is a great game for kids who are interested in space and want to learn more about it

An absolutely adorable app. Suitable for the age my niece is of. My 7 year old can't get enough of science, especially astronomy. And we're totally looking forward to the next edition. Thanks for helping keeping my niece's dream of space walking alive.

The voice was nice but a lot of ads I'm actually a kid and I don't like the amount of ads I've only been playing for like 4 minutes now and already 3 ads or more. I'm seven by the way. Also why is the moon hugging the earth I don't think it works like that

My 4 year old loves it. However sometimes the videos won't play. Just black screen after clicking the play button. I hope the devs fix this bug. It is such a great app for kids.

Introduced this app to my 6yr old son, I have to say he knows more about the solar system now than he ever has but it has now sparked a keen interest. Really awesome app which is recommend for 6yr old and under. Having said this my son now would like to know when the developers will be releasing the next version? He keeps loading the app and completing the final quiz in the hope he'll be told he's unlocked the next level! Please update us all on your plans on releasing more content for learning

Great app. 5yr old loved it. No adds when opened in kids mode. BUT i cant get further than neptune. The hubble space station doesnt load, the arrow just keeps going back to neptune. A reply from the developer would be appreciated dont they read their reviews.

My son was super excited about this app but it won't let us watch the videos. An ad would come up and once done would loop us to the main screen. I even paid the 99cents to go ad free but the videos still wouldn't play.

I thought this would be informative for my child, but it is plagued with adverisements. Every time a button is pushed it switches to an ad. Very disappointed and immediately uninstalled.

My three year old LOVES this. She goes to it more than any other app, and can now tell me which planets in the solar system have an atmosphere..! I especialky appreciate the spoken text, as it makes the app accessible to pre-readers.
