Asurion made me spend hours trying to find out why my brothers phone was sent back unrepaired, unusable after being held for two weeks. They told me he'd locked his phone, he didnt, google locked it, nope, told me they enterered a bad passcode too many times and reset his device, told me they'd refund my money, they didn't, instructions in mail, nope, instuctions on site, wrong; the list goes on. Unbelievable system for a business. Get Squaretrade by Allstate, an actual insurance company.
i thought this app.would be useful to track a claim but im unable to confirm my provider and it looks like some sort of chat bot interface. can not recommend this to anyone else.
I can't enter my provider. The app worked before today. Then, I got disconnected and it wouldn't stay open. And then I can't enter my provider.
Prompt, polite, patient and expert service. My WiFi extender was not working properly, so I have been advised to exchange it for another new NETGEAR NIGHTHAWK X6 AC2200 Tri-band WiFi Mesh Extender, Model EX7700.
Worse user interface ever. Completely retarded setup and is 100% non use friendly. The stupid auto responses arent at all helpful
Several months later and they still haven't fixed the glitch where you cannot enter a provider. Even when you clear your cache.
I DON'T HAVE A WORKING CELL #, I PURCHASED A LAPTOP @ STAPLES WITH A 2 YEAR SERVICE PLAN. I TOLD THE TECH SELLING MY PROBLEMS IN PAST WITH MOST THINGS REQUIRING MOBILE #. HI PERCENT DON'T WORK, EVEN WITH OFFERED EMAIL OPTION. I'M UNABLE TO GET THIS APP TO OPEN, NOR CAN I REGISTER MY SERVICE PLAN AFTER 2 HOURS TRYING.
Terrible just downloaded says tell me your server so we can help further. Um the submit button won't submit so I'm literally stuck right there with no way to move forward
Quick chat response. Easy to use and has video clips and visual tech help.

I had the horrible experience of one of my 'so called friends' stealing my phone. I went on line with Asurion. After saving up about $200.00 I went ahead and paid my deductible the very next day my brand new Galaxy S10 was delivered by FedEx. Very pleased.
I try to open the app and only a white screen appears.

doesnt work at all. cant enter anything when asked for my service provider.
Won't let me put in a service provider and it won't let me type in anything after I try. Using LG G6.
Relly glitchy. I misspelled things and could not erase what I had typed. Once I finally got to the point where it asked who my service provider was I could not type it in the text box or look at the service agreement or privacy policy. This is frustrating especially when you are already frustrated with whatever situation you are trying to deal with. Who wants to deal with an app that doesn't work when trying to fix a device that is also does not work?
