The app has improved. However, because I'm using this app mostly for documents, I find it annoying and extremely inconvenient that it opens the PDF files using its own program, which is incapable at best. The page is really small and the zoom function only zooms within that teeny tiny frame. Totally unusable. You still need to download the file in order to view it, which is very inconvenient.

I use it as my camera photo backup, but it has never ever uploaded a series of photos successfully in the past 1-2 years. I open the app, a few photos are uploaded, then close the app, come back and see the rest have already failed uploading and retrying does not help either! So I usually connect my phone to my computer and upload them manually which defats the purpose completely!

I have an ASUS laptop which I am very happy with. However, the ASUS Webstorage system has to be one of most confusing and user-unfriendly software accounts/applications I have ever encountered. Among other crazy elements, from time to time within supposed English interactions, I encounter Chinese labels on selection alternatives and touch buttons. Links within the system often lead to completely unrelated pages, often with no way to get back to what one was trying to access.

Initially, I was pretty disappointed by the lack of automatic synchronization of anything other than the DCIM folder, but recently I've discovered the Syncthing app that allows me to automatically sync any folder on my phone with MySyncFolder on my PC. That may be a bit too complicated but it makes this service well worth using.

No frills cloud storage with unreliable camera upload until last update. The customer service is NON-EXISTENT even for the paid version. I am not going to renew my service, because I have sent them dozens of emails, and they have not responded once. I just want to know how to upload pics from different phones to separate files. An older version had this feature. The updates destroyed that. Response to ASUS feedback: CHECK your emails. I HAVE sent you many emails asking for help.

Hi me again, forgetting the current situation and the delay to my response, please accept my sincere apologies. Indeed I had issues with the software on devices, now things are kind of working. I only see improvements here and look forward to this. When it does work the access and the features are perfect. Works well on pc no problem. Managed to get backup from phone now. So very pleased. Thank you for being patient with me.

Problematic app: “Can not connect to server!Action fail!“ during setting offline to a file. Folder keeps containing 0 byte file after many manually refresh, but actually a file has just been copied into it. I found Copying file function has just been fixed in this app update which couldn't copy a file previously! Please offer a flawless app before launching the business for a normal cloud storage service, at least though basic functions!

With a Samsung Tab 7+ it seems not to work well. Unable to login. Unable to download. Disconnected without a reason. Advise that the app is not optimized for this device.

Thanks ASUS, The media player works great! One issue though, I noticed it doesn't play avi files. Thanks also for fixing the login on my ASUS tablet!!! One more suggestion, an option to sort files ny size would be a big help!!

The app crashes within 10 seconds after opening it...every time. I don't understand.

The picture is stretched to full screen and imporportionally when viewed in my phone. Cannot enjoy the backed up picture from my phone at all! C'mon guys you can do better for this basic operation. Apart from that, not much of my complaint. Cheap price for a large storage.

👎👎👎👎👎Doesn't Work Says Pwd & Username are Incorrect, when they are Correct. Same thing is happening on all my devices: Samsung Galaxy Note 20 ultra 5G, Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 plus 5G 12.4", Samsung Galaxy Tab s5e, Huawei mate 20X 5G, Oppo Find X3 Pro 5G, Samsung Galaxy Tab S4. I can login in Google Chrome without any problems, but it takes far too long to backup my files thru Chrome. I've paid for a year and I can't use it. I've been buying Asus products & devices for decades. Please Advise?

Fixed for now, currently app has minor issue of uploading sometimes failed when phone enter sleep mode Unable to download file. Download stuck at waiting status in Download Queue despite having strong cellular connection.

Its doesnt support sync documents and folder from mobile. Only DCIM folder u can sync with mobile.

Unlike other paid cloud storage, the pdf file and photo viewing of the apps are limited to a very small area of the phone screen and not able to be set to full screen. This makes it difficult for the user to read the document or see the photo from the mobile App.

Problematic n awful. Installed, reinstalled multiple times and restarted phone. But the app doesnt work. Crashing and shows only black screen. No live chat for customer care. I think i need to cancel subscription.

Terrible and Awful. Purchased 1 TB for a year plan. Now I get it. No one can ever upload even 50 GB. Super slow bandwidth. Moreover, trying to download a 5 MB file for last 1 hour. Just isn't working. It stucks in download queue forever. Don't ever use or purchase it.

All is good, since I've got my 1st Asus device. For now, please add some dark mode. I think it is only appropriate for recent times.

Things started out well, backing up my photos quickly and easily. It went downhill fast, with my upgrade subscription not registering, then being canceled, then the app crashing every time I try launching it. With the website down, and no communication from them in reply to my emails, this is an app that isn't worth the time.

Horrible.... worst backup app I've used so far. Cumbersome to use, sometimes it shows upload queue correctly, sometimes it doesn't... sometimes uploads happen automatically, sometimes they don't...

I was an Asus user i received a mail stating that being a VIP user i would get a complementary 100 GB storage renewed every month but since few months my account was not getting renewed i tried to contact through mail but they are not responding anyway ... Too bad if they can't respond to query also then how can we expect them to respond when any of our files went Missing 👎👎👎

Great deal for the price. Plus you just really can't go wrong with Asus!

I loved using this for storing my artwork. With the recent update however I can no longer login whether through gmail or by account id and password on my tablet. It still works on my phone and laptop. I do all my drawing on my tablet so this issue that came from the recent update is a major disappointment to me.

This used to work properly but now it doesn't. When I opened the app, the folders that I used to have doesn't show up anymore and then this message would appear. "Please open the folder while connecting to internet." When I am clearly connected to my home WiFi. I was disappointed because I have loads of files and pictures to upload but I could not because of this problem. Hoping for an immediate fix and reply from you. 😔

This is probably one of the single worst apps I have ever used. It's unstable, unintuitive and buggy. Fails to upload the most simplest of files like photos and videos from my phone. Its user interface is lacking tons of basic features such as "select all", like what storage service doesn't have a select all button. Its far to expensive, customer support is a joke and overall just avoid this like the plague. I want a refund but with how poor there service is I probably never see my money.

The WebStorage service is great and the price of plans is great, however this app has serious issues, most importantly it doesn't automatically backup my photos like it says it does, and yes I have the option enabled in the settings and checking every hour, it created the folder but never uploads anything. Secondly it doesn't allow automatic backup of chosen folders, that's very unfortunate, you must manually upload the files you want to backup. Overall this has its uses for some but not for me.

I see a lot of bad reviews but in my experience. I have been very pleased with it. It is a bit slow when transferring bigger files but not all online storages work the same way. The only issue I have is that I cannot sign into the application itself on the desktop but it it's not a deal breaker for me as I am still able to access the online drive. I use my web storage for mostly written drafts for my website, graphic designs and installation files for various programs. I have been using ASUS Web Storage for 4 years now and very content with it. :)

Only synched 7/20 gigs of data. Then stopped. Some files never backed up although the previous and the consecutive file are synched. The application is very obsolete in design and not user friendly, for example I have no idea how many files are in a backed up folder. The UI is very weak . Performance is not promising. Maybe you should switch to CTERA cloud service as a provider:) they have all these issues already figured out.
