After the most recent Android updates the app is now broken. Instantly crashes. Have not been able to sync my watch since then. Have emailed support with no feedback.
I NEED HELP ! Can someone tell me how to stop the zenfit step counter on the zenwatch 3 . Because when i come in from walking I cannot find anywhere on the watch to stop the steps still being counted, because when I move my hands while wearing the watch, the steps are still being counted, I do not want to keep taking the watch off my wrist when ive stopped walking, as this defeats having a step counter ? CAN ANYONE ANSWER THIS ? OR HAS ANYONE GOT THE SAME PROBLEM ? ASUS ANSWER PLEASE !
Completely useless. As soon as screen locks, app shuts down. I'm training. I can't be staring at the screen to stop it locking
disappointing thatbit doesn't start itself. you need to open the app each time then it starts counting the steps. it was working fine with android Oreo but after update to android pi it has become useless.
The app does not work on Samsung Galaxy S9 after a recent update. I tried searching for it in the Play store and is not available. What's with that.
It is not counting steps when mobile is locked or application is closed before it was counting on both condition. Please can anyone look over this.
doesn't work on Android 9, before that I was in love with the application, working just fine on my Zenfone 5, now after that update to Android 9 doesn't work on background like used to before.
It is not able to count steps correctly. My Huawei pedometer and app's count difference is 4000 steps. It also count steps when I am travelling by bus or car.
Loved this app (before an update I guess). Now everytime I try and open it, it forces closes. Uninstalled and reinstalled and it still force closes
Crashes instantly, says zenfit app stopped working. Using a pixel 2 XL with Zenwatch3. Looks like Asus fired all their contracted app staff if there's no update since 2017.
Doesn't even start, or crashes on startup, take a pick. TLDR, it's old and needs IMMEDIATE UPDATING!
It crashes. Not compatible with android 10. An update is required.
How do I remove this from zen2? all it does is drain battery I don't need it. And I didn't authorize the auto updates. I'd like to remove that also
Worst app, asus phones or their software are always worst. This will not work properly, Samsung phones and apps is best.
Never got to use the app it immediately crashes when you try to open it.
On ZenWatch at least - Catastrophic, it makes the watch slow - Force Stop ZenFit on the watch and you will receive instant performance boost.
this app doesn't work if you have not opened it and it also doesn't store your data if you delete this app and download again
Crashes!! Probably because there is no longer any support since the last update was in 2017!
it's good untill i updated my phone(zenfone 5z) to android pie. this app is good but doesn't work with android pie update this app so that it can work with android pie

App has stopped working with Android 10.0. Crashes on opening.
Use to connect and show fitness data from ZenWatch, it no longer does that.

didn't calculate correct distance and calories. even i ran for 1km but it showed 0.11 km .

This app is now horrid... CAUSE IT DOESN'T EVEN WORK. Go to open on my S10+ and instantly crashes. App on phone works perfectly fine. I just can't open the phone app to get steps, etc to sync with Google Fit. I know Asus is getting out of the smart watch market, but c'mon.
