It is more convenient than having to lug around the book and I can study anywhere with my phone. However the interactive learning options are limited. There are only 170 questions that repeat when you retake the test, and one small free quiz. I feel more options to apply the material and reason through the questions are needed. Even the upgrade only provides 170 more questions. Quizzes on each section would also help. I haven't taken the exam yet so I can't speak to studying outcomes.
DON'T UPGRADE!!! after the free practice test (4 questions)it advertised study material in the content areas and 170 question practice exam for $39.99 upgrade. I upgraded and it unlocked 7 items about the test for $39.99!! Upgrading is grossly misrepresented! Its essentially 2 swipes on an e-reader book with the info you can find on google for free. To use any content of value, i need to upgrade AGAIN for another $79.99! Fraudulent advertising! I want my money back! Save yours!
Purchased the app in good faith that it would provide content it described. The only thing the $39.99 purchase gave me was a FREE quiz. If I wanted any more content i had to pay ANOTHER $79. Ridiculous. Only purchase if you want to get ripped off. Google was kind enough to refund for the deception.
horrible. horrible bought book on line. then add app no place to use code. log in and password don't get me on. I had used online but adding app erased it all. keeps telling me to pay or upgrade. I keep contacting via there means and no response. test very soon and no way to take electronic test I paid for. so frustrating. the book is good. tech is terrible. if you by this start from scratch her first but I don't trust it.
Horrible, paid the money and they did not provide what they said they would. You do not get a prac test or any of the other features it states, instead you get basic information that you can google or just remember from school regarding test taking tips. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I did email them as that is the only contact information available and will update if they respond but I doubt it.
Paid the 40 dollars and change it did not unlock anything instead wants me to pay another 79.99 for the premium version. I emailed the company and I'm waiting to hear back.
You need to keep upgrading for not very much use of the content. Other apps I used gave me more access for less money. I do think the explanations are helpful but not any better than other apps.
The free version only allows for a 4 question practice quiz. All other questions and study materials cost money. Not worth the download.
Purchased the study guide with a code for the App. THERE IS NO WHERE TO ENTER THE CODE OR ANY WAY TO UTILIZE THE FEATURES I PAID FOR ALREADY. They just keep trying to charge me another 39.99. The app is useless.
All the contact numbers I have found for this company don't work. Need customer service.
This study guide is very detailed. I have been using it to study for me state board exam.
Grammatical errors, missing information (I.e. 8 steps but only describe 7), poor sentence structure, expensive

So I have the premium app and book and it's the best decisions I could have made to study for the Masters exam!!! So much information! Up to date and on point with NASW and CSWE!
The only thing the app (standard version) does is provide you with the reading material and a sample quiz of 170 questions. However, if you want more resources to help you study more effectively, you have to dish out another $40. I am not doing it. I will find a resource elsewhere.
It's ok. If you have the book this has all of the same content. A welcome addition would be the ability to know where you left off on the reading.
They want a fortune- I paid $40 for an upgrade and am still unable to access most content. Now they want $70. I found anotjer app that is just as comprehensive for $10.
Some questions are confusing. Paid $40, and it only unlocked 4 topics. I need to pay another 79 for the full app to be unlocked. I would like a refund.
