AT Park

Users can pay for parking directly from their phone without the need to visit a parking machine or display a ticket. There are maps where you can find the location and price of parking.

First register with your email address, phone number, vehicle number plate and credit card. Then you are good to start parking. Simply enter the Area ID number found on signs and stickers on machines, and the vehicle number plate into the app and then start your session. When you get back to your car you can stop your session and only pay for the time you have used. You can set a fixed time period if you prefer and reminders are also optional. The parking cost is charged directly to your credit card and there are no transaction fees. There can be multiple vehicles and users on one account.

Basic. Should be better considering the cost of parking. You cannot map search for where I park. The max time slider is very fiddly, and more than once the app has failed when I'm trying to stop a parking session. There are also some features that should be here but are not. For example, you should be able set a reminder to start paying. This would be useful if you park daily. Also, today the system was down when I tried to stop it. so AT Park charged for the full time. BOT OF A SCAM TO BE HONEST

Great job AT, its nice to finally only be charged for what i use down to the minute. Suggestion: The only thing missing is the ability to locate available carparks in real time. I believe you could add this with the data you guys already have. The app shows how many parking spots in a zone, this could be compared to what is currently rented out to show the number of available spots per zone.

So much potential for this app to be useful but needs a lot of improvement. Currently I can't use the app for a vehicle that isn't my usual one. It gives me the option to Add a vehicle but once I add in the registration plate, it says it already exists...but it is not showing up as an option. i also keep getting prompted that the last payment failed due to expired credit card. I have put in new credit card details but this error keeps showing up.

I tried to add a new car, it just made circles to ask me to login, enter plate number, then login…. A message poped up "Credential is not authenficated". I thought it was wrong password, reset the password, but entered to the same circle. I am sure the password was right, as i deliberately put wrong password,the login failed. I reinstalled the app, restart the phone, and all ended up to the same circle ... I standed in front of the meter for more than 20miuntes, eventually i gave up.

Works alright. Would be good if it showed your active parking building sessions, instead of having to find them manually using the map. Would also be great if the app icon was updated to be an adaptive app icon. The splash screen also doesn't fit my device, the edges are cut off

Bought a new phone. Can't get the App to work. The SMS verification doesn't work and repeatedly comes up with an error. Tried calling support. Was told there was none and someone from the Council would call me in about 10 days. Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling numerous times. Tried to fix it via the website. No luck there either.

Loved using the app, when it worked - but unknown to me my email address was corrupted when I first set up the account. Tried to update app with new car and found myself locked out. Had support from AT to fix wrong email address and MyAT has all my correct information - but have not been able to log in to ATPark since September (error messages either that user already exists or "unable to connect to AT Park.")

Won't let me select a previously registered vehicle. After deleting and reinstalling app, it now won't let me log in because those details are already in use. UPDATE: my cellphone number was added to the account, and previous car owner deleted from that vehicle. Seems to be all working, but it took 30 minutes on the phone.

This app is broken. I tried several months ago to get into my account by changing my password and it gave me an error message. Tried again today with the same problem. Tried starting a new account and I received no confirmation email, which I needed in order to create my account. I think the AT Hop and AT Park accounts are separate and there's no communication between the two. Yet when you change your password or start a new account it's through AT Hop, making it impossible to fix the problem with AT Park.

An AT app that does the job well. My only complaint would be, you have a camera that sees me go into a car park and have my plate in the app, so why do I need to enter the ID when paying? Couldn't it just have a list of this car is in this car park, tap to pay.

If I haven't used for a while, when I try to use again it asks for login. I do, it says "authentication failed". I do all the steps of creating a new password but still won't let me login. I see my issues are consistent with other users complaints which shows this app has bugs that need to fixed.

Excelent app. Very convenient to use. But since yesterday I simply can't start the parking session. There is message " There is no fee for this parking area xxxxxx. Check parking machine for details". The parking session will not start and I have to pay by using other method. That is fine for me the once perfect app now totally useless.

Really poor when you want to add new vehicles. Have repeatedly added new vehicles both on the app and via online. Completely fails still had old vehicle and doesn't list the new vehicles loaded as option. Really frustrating. Get it together!! Your competitors make it super easy to update.

If your phone dies and you pay at a machine you still get charged on the app. Have contacted AT twice and no reply. Useless and ripped off. Should not have to pay twice for parking, it's expensive as it is. The app made is more expensive then paying at machine as can onlh stop once able to charge phone. Stupid system if you have paid at a machine and is through your licence plate number. You would think it could stop on AT Park app. Will not be using app again.

Poor onboarding experience. I use multiple email addresses and I've forgotten which account I used to sign up with previously. After going through the tedious reset process, found out I can only register one car per account. I don't see the point on limiting car's per account? What happens if the owner sells the car? Or if someone borrows the car? From ATs perspective you should only care that the person parking is paying.

Really poorly designed app. Why the developer could not utilise an easier method of selecting the amount of time you wish to park for then a slider bar with a linear progression from 0-11 hours defies belief. AT is just populated with engineers who don't give a s**t about how the public has to use the services they provide.

Interface is intuitive and simple... however I did book a slot that soon turned into a clearway (which I didn't realise, as didn't see the sign) and the app didn't warn me when I booked and I got a fine. It let me book for 2 hours, but stopped it 15mins after I started which I didn't see until I got out of a meeting. Slightly misleading, but maybe my fault for soley trusting the app...

Every time I try to add a license plate or a credit card, it makes me sign in. When I sign in, it says "authentification failed." My parents have the same problem with their app, and I've had this problem for years. I had to go back and forth in email last time to get it fixed. It's ridiculous that this hasn't been fixed

Terrible. App has UI fault. Enter credit card 4 times now with 4 zero balance charges. After submitting, no way out payment express screen apart from manually closing app and starting all again. Although card details has been entered, not registered in AT Park app and keep going back for Credit card details again. Phone Samsung S8, Andriod Version 8.

The best parking app you can ever expect. It has so cool features like it reminds you when you drive off without stopping ticket, shows you nearby parking zones, shows the availability of parking and the user can pay only for the time they stay there.

This app is rubbish. I get to the last step to set it up only to get a message saying "UserMail is in use, use another email". That is not an option. Your email is the username and if I update that to a different email the same error message appears. After reading other to reviews I decided to uninstall this app. Test it properly next time AT!

Be nice if the app sent a receipt like the wilson parking app and BPme app. You have to go to the teriable at website login twice flick between multiple webpages, then you can only download a month's worth of invoices. Xero integration would be nice as well.

Really easy to use and saves time and money. You only pay for the time you park, so you don't have to pay for a while hour if you only parked for 45 mins, for example. No more fiddling with credit cards or trying to find loose change.

Its SO much easier to use the app, rather than using the pay machine.. having the option to extend time parked is great as in the past I'd always under estimate how long I would be and then panic about being ticketed.

Stopped at Parnell to pick up takeaway. Later at 7pm realised that I was charged until the end of the day. Called your support where lady created a ticket to investigate. Two weeks later no contact. I guess you just want my $30 for service you didn't provide to me huh? Well it comes with 1 star review then. Surely you have your enforcement vehicles running scanning plates numbers to confirm I wasn't there whole day. Anyways enjoy your 1 star for ripping people off.

Defaults to the maximum allowable parking time which makes it far too easy to get overcharged. Terrible user experience but then I'm sure it was designed that way on purpose.

You cannot extend your current parking session and will be charged or transaction fee all over again when you start another if you need more time. Works pretty well otherwise.. but this is a major issue..

Can't use the app. Try to login but it forces me through a registration instead. Then complains that the email address is already in use after entering credit card and asks me to login instead, which i cant do cos it forces me to register. Might be worth testing changes before pushing to prod next time.
