Note: The application will only work in conjunction with service from AT&T. AT&T Collaborate (tm) is a solution for IP telephony, video telephony, presence and messaging. The AT&T Collaborate app is a SIP UA client, also supporting XMPP, connected to the Internet and the AT&T Cloud. It also has integration with an AT&T server platform for various calling features. End-users keep a contact list in the client showing the presence status of their friends, family and colleagues. From this single interface the end-users can easily initiate and receive phone calls, video calls, and instant messages.

Still won't play my messages!!! Stupid! Won't play my messages. I get a format error on every one of them. Too much trouble to log into and app just to get a voice mail. Why not just go back to visual voice mail or the old regular voice mail. Push one button and be done. It takes to long to load the message. Can't hear the message as I like to have it on speaker, you have to pick that option every time, more buttons to push and it takes to long to delete and get to the next message. I can't fix my greeting and failing the old voice mail doesn't work either. This is the case for all the phones on our business account. At&t, you should have way better options than this. I'm very, very disappointed and aggravated!!! And it's NOT HELPING MY BUSINESS WHEN I CAN'T GET MESSAGES!!!

The previous version was bad enough. Forced into the latest version, now it doesn't work at all. I've logged in multiple times. Shows no contacts through collaborate or any of my saved voicemails from previous version. Unanswered calls are now told that I have not set up my voicemail, yet it was fine before and on my end I've done everything in the app and phone to ensure that I have. My company pays quite a premium for this add on service. It has been worse than any voicemail app on any phone on the multiple carriers I had since my first cell phone in 1988. AT&T should be embarrased!

This voicemail app is terrible!!!!! Instead of getting notifications in your drop-down bar, they send you a text. Now, not only do I have to check the voicemail, I also have to check my texts to clear that notification. When I do open the collaborate app, at first it tells me I have no new messages. I have to go back and forth between messages and call log a few times to get the messages to load. Then it takes a few seconds for each message to load, and a few seconds to delete it. Is this 2008?

THUMBS DOWN!! This app is the worst, it over complicates a simple thing I've done for as long as I can remember, and also NEVER works as it should. zero stars all the way. Get it together AT&T. Wonderful concept, terrible follow through, and they dont even offer an alternative to access voicemails for when they cant afford to make a simple app work accordingly.

This does not seem to be a very good application. If you just want basic voice mail it's a downgrade. It's slow to respond and more difficult to use than the "old" voice mail. Installing it is a pain. No one here likes it. One user said "It's the stupidest idea AT&T has ever come up with". I doubt that. Lots of times I bring up the app and it tells me I have no voice mail for a minute or more. It's especially slow to refresh when I am traveling. Who did AT&T test this with? It's not just this. AT&T is just difficult to work with on everything. Update. April 2, 2019. It's not any better. Today it won't download voice mail. I have enhanced mobile and the support is terrible. It took literally days for AT&T to get back to me on a simple question. Have had a ticket in on downloading since this morning. Nothing.

HORRIBLE!!!!! doesn't work most of the time. When trying to sign in it asks for a pin. I hit the button to resend pin. never receive the pin. useless. kind of hard to run a business when you cannot receive your voicemails. Customers do not like it when you do not respond to their voicemail. We spend over $500 a month for cell service and cannot receive voicemails.

I use this app so that I am able to work during the pandemic. Thats great, except even with perfect service on my phone or connected to 200mbps internet connection there is always a poor call quality. I have a hard time hearing our customers and they a hard time hearing me. We also have complaints from customers regarding how long it takes to go from our office phones to our cell phones leading to many of the customers disconnecting their calls prior to even ringing once on our end. 1 star.

Quite arguably one of the most clunky voice mail interfaces I have ever used. Slow, unreliable, not helpful & was not informed of the release by AT&T...suddenly had all voice mail access taken away without being informed of needing the clunky app. Support wasn't even aware it exists! Very disappointing.

PURE EVIL. I'd give this negative stars if I could. On a good day, callers can hear every second word I say. Most of the time it is garbled to point of being unusable. 50% of incoming calls don't reach me at all. This is the worst performing app in the history of technology. A tin can on a string would be an improvement.

I do not like this app. If I have to get a verification code every time I log out. My headphones stop working when this app is on. I don't understand the purpose of this app when the phone comes with a voicemail service that was working perfectly fine.

This app makes your phone think its in call mode after you check a message and doesn't allow you to adjust media volume unless you restart your phone. On other phones it asks you to reinstall the app every time you try using it. If all you want is voice mail this app fails!

I was told I had to download this app to get my voicemail. I couldn't understand most of the licensing agreement because it was too small and strained my eyes. And I had to give the app almost full access to my phone. Very annoying, probably illegal (since contracts have to be readable).

I absolutely hate this app. It never wants to load. I haven't been able to get to my voice-mail for weeks! Stupidest thing ever. Idk what was wrong with the original style of receiving and viewing voicemails.

The app is worthless. I dont understand why they force you to use it. The old way of checking the voicemail was a lot better. Most of the time I have to delete the app and redownload it just to get the voicemail.

Horrible. Voicemails rarely load, zero customization settings, can't bulk delete voicemails, audio stays as "call audio" even if you hard close the app. Terrible. Its like they didn't even try with this one

Voicemail is not immediately available. I receive a text stating I have a voicemail message. I go to the collaborate app and it says no voice mails available. Very frustrating.

The absolute most worthless app I have ever used. It arbitrarily won't log in. Sends multiple text notifications that there is a voicemail even though the vm was read. One of many irregularities from AT&T.

Always hated collaborate since we were forced to use this app. Now the icon has disappeared and I cannot access new or saved voice messages. Tried to call someone at att and ended up in technology black hole with no humans present. Tried to login and cannot access att account. Do any living humans work at att or is it just one big machine

Ive had problems with this since they forced me to do it over a year ago. It NEVER loads my voicemails on the first try. It says the number is set up and it is. It eventually, when it feels like it, loads.

This thing sux. I prefer the old voicemail. I don't need a text to tell me there is a voicemail. Then I go to the app and no voicemail, oh wait it shows up in about a half hour or so.
