I love AT&T Connect Services
CDECRIBE UR EXPERIAN.ANS OPNIONAL
The AT&T Connect app is great when you're on-the-go. You can do virtually anything the desktop version can do. The only nit-pic negative about this app is when it calls you to connect you to the meeting. You have to leave the app to answer the phone and then return to the app manually. If there's an easier way of doing this, I haven't found it. Other than that, great app when you can't access a call through your computer.
App works reasonably well. Seems to disconnect from conferences fairly easily which can get annoying. It also doesn't always open when I click a conference link from my email, and if someone sends the link text as a non-link then there is no easy way to join the conference. I wish there were a way to just enter the conference information to join vs having to go through a link; I have the same gripe with the desktop application.
I use AT&TConnect on Android and Windows nearly every day. I have successfully used it over 4G and even marginal WiFi networks from Hawaii with very limited signal and bandwidth. It is a key enabler for telework. It's only real shortcoming is the lack of video sharing support. but for collaboration and live demos, it's great.
I was so excited to try this out. Too bad it didn't even have as high a bar as the crappy windows variant. The audio connection is a mess. Speakerphone is the only thing that works. Plug in headphones and the audio shuts off. Then the mute button stops responding, and the audio comes out over the speaker, even with headphones plugged in. If you fix these audio issues, it's pretty good.
The Android version of AT&T connect is really convenient when it comes to hosting conference calls on your own number. It is annoying that hosts cannot link callers to their phones as you can on the desktop version. Where this app is really lacking is that it does not open from links from my calendar or browser, which means it is useless if you are a participant.
I was skeptical with all the other confirm tools available and ATT's focus. I have used this tool for about a year and can say there are features I like much better than GTM, webex, Skype and all others. I have not found a feature on a different tool ATT Connect does not have. Great work to the ATT development team!
1. Not able to open meeting manually 2. even if i have at & t account though i am not able to login into account 3. I already have enabled JavaScript in my chrome browser then also it is showing that you should enable JavaScript and then reopen link from mail.
App is super useful, only irritation is when you mute the audio with the button, the vibration travels over the phone and other conference members can hear it. I haven't seen a way to turn it off, if I missed it please let me know and this will be perfect!
Sometimes I can get it to open the app, and when it does the idea of the app is awesome. However 99% of the time I click the conference link it opens up chrome telling me to enable java or download the app. Even when I have the app open in the background before clicking the link it does this.
The AT&T Connect teleconferencing app offers a seamless way to share documents while discussing them with a group. It is easy to use.
Needs to allow presentation from the app and save frequently used call-out numbers, then it'll get 5 stars
Have tried many different connection methods including cellular and wifi and always get "unable to connect to server..." error. Works fine with same meetings on iOS and have even reset the note 3 to factory without any change.
I logged in.. never sent a activation mail, and I cannot use the app. Please fix it so that I can use it
Can't say anything bad about the app. Does it's job pretty well, helps joining conferences, no complains
Good app. Intuitive to use. Zoom out returns to normal view when phone is turned. Speaker option can be outside for quick access
Just make it more streamlined video... video is not that consistent despite good internet speed... audio problem is there despite connecting through voip option.
Voip option did not work via cellphone, very bad experience meeting was rescheduled
Easy to use. Not overly complicated with unnecessary features. More user friendly than Skype for business.
ATT Connect mobile app allows so much flexibility to connect and collaborate in conference calls.
I like the great look, feel and functionality of this application. The icing on the cake is its simplicity.
Conference gets disconnected when we open any other app for a long time.
Call me option not working saying invalid for my number where it's working for browser connect or desktop connect and mute options should be enabled before audio connect
Area code is mandate for host... So not able to call myself on cellphone (India)
Thanks AT&T for creating mobile version of connect. It really helps to quickly connect on conferences and mostly importantly on c2w...
Does what is needed. However five stars, when it also connects to Bluetooth headsets. Much needed - especially when driving.
Was very impressed with my first time use of this app. Work just as well as my desktop.
This is something we expect from an organisation like AT&T. I'm hugely satisfied, though there is no end to improve your product's!
Very helpful and user-friendly. Good to go while on the move. Though there are broken threads, it's still one of the best one to connect while away from work.
