Newest update crashes on Samsung S8 series
Half of the devices with this installed simply default to a black screen. Others won't go into landscape.... Newest version needs work.
The explore device link does not work?
Def needs to time out over night. Replacing display devices constantly and customers can't experience the phone due to loop.
Cannot demo phones and tablets because the loop is too quick to take over. Also ruins the Samsung screens because it never stops playing.
There is no way to demo phones or even open settings to connect to Wi-Fi
Issue is you cannot get into settings nor can you stay out of the app for long before it auto starts again. This limits what we can do with the phone once this is installed
Because the app restricts settings access, if a customer alters the wallpaper for the phone, we cannot change it back. Please fix this.
App will not set up on AT&T Trek 2. Please fix.
Please enable settings. Every time we go to show settings to a customer who wants to look at the options for the phone up pops device alive. I'm sure our programmers can develop a way to disable access to passcode options without disabling all the settings.
The Sam Gal Express 3 go phone display always has issues and freezes.
Customers are unable to see the way the phone works because the demo loop is too fast.

Cingle point id's don't work, they just say store not found.

Great idea. Can a fix be made to when we try go access settings after install. Whenever we try to do a setting change, Device Alive kicks in and we can't do anything.
I have the correct cinglepoint ID and it says to check my connection. The connection is working properly elsewhere.

Just type devicealive all one word and the device alive app with the comments saying it is hard to find is the correct app
