VPN Support:The AT&T Global Network Client is compatible with smart phones and tablets running Android 4.0 or above. SSL VPN connections to the ANIRA VIG (network based tunnel server) and AVTS SIG (premises based tunnel server) are supported.

Working from home using this app and it renders my PC World Chromebook laptop useless due to slow speed and constant disconnections. Is you put a type C USB hub with an ethernet adaptor on it the Chromebook will use this instead of the WiFi but this app can only connect over WiFi. Downloaded the Windows 10 version of this onto my laptop and this works over both ethernet and WiFi no problem. Very poor software product for such a large global corporation.
I'm a AT&T customer and my account number contains 9 digits, but when get asked to input my account number it only allows me to put 8 digits, can't input all 9 digits. How can I register my account????!!!!

Can't use. The account number doesn't have enough room for the nine digit account number. Allows only 8 digits.
Absolute trash. This app was made a decade ago. Just like most of ATT's infrastructure.
Not much use if it doesn't Connect!!!
I am a vendor but they said I don't qualify but I getting charged for falls overseas uh

Most functionality is useless for non-business customers, wastes space and confuses people, especially the unexplained "Account" field which is one character shorter than the AT&T account numbers. For private customers, the business part should be optionally disabled at first run.
Like many others, I can't log in because my account number is 9 digits, the app only allows 8. Three hours on tech support, 8 different people, they still couldn't answer it.
My account number is to long. After reading the reviews evidently this has been a problem for over 2 years and STILL not fixed! 😡
Use AT&T client on work laptop..I assumed this was the same...I was wrong...Using known working credentials to login to Corp network this fails to connect....Not sure what the difference is... We'll keep looking.

These dumb developer and At&t, the app doesn't work. Xfinity will always rule over you. At&t is cancel as of now.
I'm like other clients with 9 digit account numbers. When I signed up, this was one of the reasons why. I don't understand why you guys don't support all of your customers. So far, planning on canceling within my 30 days.
When I try signing in with my account. The account text box only allows 8 digits, but my account number is 9 digits. So it makes the app useless, please fix the problem.
After connection the disconnect is greyed out. I can't disconnect until I am uninstalling it now.
Incredibly unreliable on Chromebooks. Throttles download speeds. Disconnects regularly. The use of this app has had a terrible impact on my teams day to day business. This is feedback from dozens of devices. I highly recommend looking for another solution.
