What a joke. Not only the app but the whole landline texting service from at&t is a big fat joke. It's almost 2020 and all this app can do is plain text; no pictures, emojis, gifs, suggested text, nothing can be sent or received. Moreover I pay $10/month for this service.
This app is very slow, no notifications, no kind of settings.
You can't delete messages and it doesn't automatically alert you when there's a new message.
Slows down business. No notifications, no settings.
Sorry, not user friendly app Deleted after first try. It's not worth the aggravation.
Best choose for line phone services
This is a subscription service from the Business division of AT&T, not for residential customers.
Doesn't work. says my login info is incorrect
It works as expected. Reliable. Does require a subscription. It is to enable texting and picture messaging from land line or toll free telephone number!
Can't even LOGIN! Asks for User ID. I put it in. Tells me MUST use phone number. I put that in. It returns error. I select "Forgot Password?" and input email. It returns error. I can't even contact them.
Trash all the way OK.
Could be better
I use landline texting in my business. Clients like the idea of simply texting rather than calling. CON: The app for android devices will not allow speech to text or auto correct. It basically mutes the functionality of the android keyboard. I have to use a web browser in order to retain my keyboard functions. Other than that... It is very useful
