LG V20-H910, Nougat 7.0; Just bought this unlocked phone that came with AT&T applications pre-loaded. Signed up with an MVNO of this carrier and had no intention to use above program, but was curious about what this one did. Found out and just read it was being discontinued. Any way to get rid of it???
Had to remove all my pictures one by one, cuz they wer no longer going to save them for me. This was a huge pain! Absolutely rediculous. Now I have to do this again cuz of Samsung. I'm not really sure these days, where my pictures are. This is a big inconvenience. HUGE !!
went to an at&t store mid march to get help and the rep didn't know anything. my phone may be prepay but it it still at&t. hate the useless apps that. are pre-installed that I can't delete off my phone I was so mad I am ready for a new carrier. your people need to learn what customer service truly means. don't tell me you don't know and not even try to help me get answers.
Hate AT&T discontinued using this app. I lost a lot of pictures I can't replace. Couldn't transfer them to the new app.
Absolutely abhor the bloatware from the carriers... it's one thing if they were serious about these apps; clearly they aren't, and the apps are languishing, yet the user has no option to uninstall... talk about a hijack... ugh!
Well i would love nothing more to be able to use this app but ive having a big problem i cant figure out how to activate it and then i still wouldnt know what all the things i can do so you think i might be able to get some help figuring it out
I just uninstalled it. I don't even think I ever used it, and only discovered it by checking what's crashing on my phone frequently. 😂 thx bye
Let me get this straight: this AT&T app. is being discontinued, yet I STILL cannot "uninstall" it??! Thanks loads for that.

This app hasn't Everworked... Website... Maybe 8 years ago.. I was able to access without Any issues, maybe three times... ?? Horrible Customer service, Rep is an Understatement I could Not understand him and he had ZERO CARE TO HELP.. er Understood, My Mom's phone had been stolen. we had called to blacklist phone and not allow ANY access to her sim card, etc... 72 hours later... and have Done EVERYTHING possible we could to notify, help, etc. SHE STILL COULD NOT USE HER PH # OUT

Even though app had been discontinued, AT&T had not updated it to be uninstallable from branded smartphones. If you're not subscribed to the locker, it just takes up space that can be otherwise used. I have an AT&T branded Huawei, that has 16 GB internal storage capacity, yet only 8 GB is usable by the user while the rest is taken up by system and AT&T, and I personally do not use most of AT&T.
