AT&T has had very slow speeds on LTE recently (less than 3 Mbps down), and I remembered this old app. Unfortunately I deleted my old review from 2015. Yet surprisingly, it looks like this app has not been updated or changed at all in 3 years. At least as far as I can tell. Typical of AT&T Android applications as far as I've seen. The service still seems to work properly and I submitted a report about the slow data speeds in my area and got an almost immediate response in the app saying that they were aware of service problems in the area and were working on it, as well as a text message I'm verifying they had received my report a few minutes later.

The interface in this app is almost as bad as dealing with AT&T customer service in general. The tiny map window is nearly impossible to manipulate while trying to mark a specific spot, often simply not responding at all to pinching, swiping, or dragging, despite the entire rest of the app window being normally responsive. I downloaded this app to attempt to report to AT&T that there has been zero service in my area for the past two days, but I have little faith that anything will be fixed.

This app is about as useful as their sub-par and unacceptable cell service! My service has always been unreliable and choppy, but lately havent been able to hold a call for more than 3 minutes!!! They only care about their bottom line, and that bottom line doesnt encompass many areas and people. Time to start calling for a service with a closer tower i suppose. I am at a loss and sick of getting ripped off!!!!!!

This does absolutely NOTHING. I've been using it for a year now, the "ever so helpful" representative from ATT asked me to install so they could get an idea of where I have issues with coverage. Same spot marking every day for a year and NOTHING has changed. it does NOTHING but send you a text replying with "Thanks". That's it!

I still recieve multiple text responses to singular reports. But after having submitted coverage reports and data collections during use of the app, I explored the tips/optimization area. the supported AT&T application, that assists with the service being paid for, recommends changing your phone settings to use wifi data instead of your cellular capabilities that are being paid for. Essentially it recommends using a service that costs hundreds of dollars, as a wifi tablet without cellular comms.

The tower in our area is having serious issues. I've had no service or data coverage at home for the last month. Every time I make a report, I get a courtesy text or two letting me know they received the rereport. In the last 24 hours, I've been spammed with 197 of those courtesy texts (4 of which came while writing this review) after only making 3 reports. I have screen shots showing how many are still in my inbox. And the coverage issue in my area STILL isn't fixed. This app is HORRENDOUS.

I live a mile from a At&t store and have a At&t tower right behind my house. Yet for the most part I have no data connection, no text, no calling. I am handicapped with no landline. At&t service is my only way to call or text anyone if something happens but I have no real service. I pay my bills on time. I use their mark the spot Application and it doesn't matter or help. it's pretty bad when you live in town not woods etc. a mile from the store, pay your bills and STILL NO SERVICE!

After submitting an issue, now I am getting 2-5 messages a minute. I am close to 60 messages now. I called ATT and they had no idea what this app was. Maybe time to switch to Verizon after 15 years with ATT. This is ridiculous!! "AT&T Free Msg: We appreciate you letting us know about your data experience. We heard you, and we're working to improve the experience!"

I've been using this app for over four years now. I've been reporting the same problem the last three years. I live in a fairly large city so there should not be any problem with reception. However, I've had the same problems over the last three years ...slow data, or no data. 99.9% of the time it's very slow data even though I have good reception. I have reported this problem so many times I can't remember and nothing is ever done. This is a bogus waste of your time.

I will say this much about AT&T..They Stink plain and simple. Because I have played around with several different cellphones and carriers and I have come to MY OWN conclusion. One thing is that AT&T does NOT measure up in performance at all! T-Mobile seems to soar like an eagle in most cases, Verizon is fast for internet but junk for voice for some reason and My Last noticed was the SPRINT network threw and Incredible and almost unneccessary fast speed which put them ALL to Shame. I was not paid to write this but thats My opinion on them for You.

It doesnt improve anything. I now get over 50 roboresponses about how they are working to improve it from just one use. I've been using it for years as a tool to help me vent my disappointment in the AT&4G 1bar. Why are we charged the "fool" price when we get no/weak signal,dropped calls, dont even think about Netflix. Charge for what you actually provide. Refund us for what you fail to provide. Stop the"keeping US connected" in these challenging times ads. Know where to send bill not signal.

This app is a joke. You report problems and an automated response comes back. I don't believe anyone EVER looks at the posts or fixes tbe problems. It is a total farce. We've had problems for over 4 months now, no solution. ATT customer service has degraded to the point of worthless. Looking into Verizon

If you pester AT&T enough then they will place a new cell tower to where you can get reception at your home without using a micro tower. In my case the new tower skilled in fix the problem. But my neighbors sure of enjoyed it. Use this app every time AT&T Cell service fails. You'll be amazed what can happen.

App used to be good to report problems but it has started sending tons of response text messages, many per day. Customer support doesn't seem to have any way to even report the problem internally.

The app is no longer functional so it should be taken down. I got an error saying that this app is not operational when submitting a report. They go as far as to tell you to uninstall the app. Signal used to work well in the area. I'm not sure how to report it other than calling AT&T.

doesn't do a damn thing. reporting for over a month and nothing happens. cant play a simple data based game without getting cut off even when LTE is available. don't waste your time, most likely will switch networks.

This app does absolutely nothing. AT&T does not address the issue. However, they do send many automated messages (up to over 100) telling you they received each alert.

Another worthless AT&T app that does absolutely nothing. When I call to see if there have been any reports in the area they say nothing has been reported. A few neighbors have been using this as well with no improvements for years.

Even more useless than me trying to ballet! Over 3 yrs of reporting with NO upgrade, repair or resolution. And it's getting worse. When phone/devise shows 4gLTE, it's actually 3g. This is from ATT itself.

Garbage app, just like AT&T's garbage service. Advice? If there is a "technical issue" in the area, FIX IT. If there isn't, stop lying about it and admit you aren't going to improve my service so I can nice on to another provider!

It doesn't accomplish a thing. Report all you want. Nothing is done. At least 3 cell towers only 6 miles away & can't get one bar most of the time. Am thinking I need to switch carriers.

AT&T doesn't bother with the info they get from this. Hundreds if not thousands of complaints for over 6 years about the same spots and they blame the phone (not the phone unless you mean all brands and all models) and never themselves. Service still bad, app and AT&T do nothing.
