It's a good app. I have traveled from the midwest to the Pacific, to the Atlantic, and to Florida using AT&T Navigator and have had very little problems. Five years ago, it didn't work around the Grand Canyon but neither did Waze. Thank goodness we had OnStar. Happy travels!
Big disappointment from AT&T I thought it would be better. Save your time and your money and don't use 1st couldn't find an address then when it finally did in the directions it's giving unnamed road. Unacceptable for $10 a month. Also having a difficult time canceling.
unacceptible, always opening up without my intent. i don't want this app to open up by itself nor do i want to be charged for any unintentional operation of this app & the charges already appearing on my billing (2 months). i have uninstalled this app for these reasons. i want two months of $9.99 ea to be removed & discontinued from my bill.
I didn't want this app. It just downloaded its self and I don't plan on using it. so, big thumbs down for forcing this app on my phone. Bad form people, bad form. I would have 0 stars if I could but it's not an option so you one star that you didn't deserve. Thanks for reading.
I use google maps. If google maps requires this app inorder to do all it does for me then great. Otherwise I personally have zero use for thos app as Google maps provides all I need w just the one app. And I am satisfied w google maps.
This app automatically updated itself on 1/16/20. I have auto-update turned off on my Android phone. If it happens again, I will uninstall this app. Also, the Last updated date 12/03/19 shown on the Google Play update screen is incorrect. It should be the day the update was created.
I wish I could rate zero stars, it's unfortunate that this app would charge $9.99 per month when there are other apps for that are just as good or better for free. Very disappointed with AT&T
First time using any maps, travel time, home to destination, therefore its relatively impressive. Looks better than plain ole Google. Great job- well done.
I really don't understand why AT&T charges so much for this app when it should be free. Google & Apple maps are free. I don't only wanna use Google & Apple maps but i also wanna use AT&T without having to pay so much or having to pay for it at all.....
some of the stores/restaurants the have listed are outdated, but still really good app. I like it more than Google maps but... not as good as scout.
Love this map especially when I am trail riding. I can clearly see right where I am and the direction I am going. This has saved me from getting lost more than once.
I'm just exploring the maps, so I have found this is more than I had thought. very interesting! well everyone has different opinions, so you need to search yourself. enjoy.
Great navigation app! By far the best one I have used. Reliable and accurate. Would be lost without it! 🙂
I love the "local places" selection under explore. It's now a separate icon and a quick way to find coffee or gas when on the road.
almost always good but recoding has trouble with enunciation. and is too quick to answer before verbal question is complete.
Gave wrong directions. Went out of way miles! Background color dark. Lighten up plz for color blind persons as even persons with normal vision can be hard to read with certain colors!! Thank you.
Helpful often but sometimes outdated. Most important disappointment...cost. Why is there a charge and I am an AT&T subscriber. How do I justify the expense or my subscriber loyalty when your app is outperformed by Google?
Used it before it's ok but ten dollars a month for navigation that google offers for free this is UNEXCEPTIBAL and over charging customers. More nickle and dime.
Quick, easy, eliminates the frustration of blind driving,"gives you an overhead view" Thanks.
Its a great app for me because I am disabled and on an electric wheelchair and don't know most of the town I live in. So it helps me to navigate to places I need to go.
All of the directions given with the AT&T Navigator or exact! And if I hadn't had the Navigator I would never have found my way around out west and in Las Vegas!
It is easier when going to a place your not fimaliar with.its a very friendly app.i use it all the time.
was ready and waiting when I had to stop, is clear and concise every step of the way. love it!
Always provides quickest route to destination and factors in construction zones, current traffic conditions, and offers alternate routes to meet your needs.
Disappointed. not recommended if adding as part of your wireless service. (9.99/mo.)
this is a sleazy app. I just got off the phone with AT&t after finding out that I've had a 2-year reoccurring charge for this application. I have never used this app I only use Google maps, so when I ask for e-mail verification or some kind a verification where I would have agreed to the monthly charge they stated that sometimes it comes through text messaging so if you click on the link that is your agreement for your monthly payments. At least I got a $30 credit out the $240+ I already paid.
