AT&T Photo Storage

Needs a lot of work. First off, it needs an option to select what you want to back up. I have a lot of archived photos on my SD card that I really didn't want to back up again, but there is no option to be able to ignore them. The biggest issues is that it has been attempting to upload pictures for 5 days now, it will upload a couple, then it just freezes up and wont make any progress for hours. Force killing thr app or restarting the phone don't seem to make a difference either.

I have contacted the technical support team on several occasions and no one is able to resolve an issue with the wrong phone number connected to my email. When I had installed the app, it asked for the email, and my daughter's number was attached to the email. Not mine. I TRIED EVERYTHING and I also have been cackled because there isn't any way to fix this. Please fix the app to resolve this issue.

This app is aggravating. It constantly freezes and stops responding when trying to exit a photo or video and you have to scroll all the way to whatever it was that you were on. Very aggravating!!!

You are screwed if you need support. I spent over 2 hours with multiple people & chat trying to get an email changed. It still isn't changed. So, then I go to check uploaded photos with 100% correct password and now I'm locked out for 24 hours. Regarding app, there is no logout. There are no settings to change. It automatically uploads junk pics from my device that I don't want backed up. Give me the option to choose photos!!

unlimited storage beats Google photos all day everyday. however, their upload speeds isn't as fast as I'd like it to be but that's a con worth ignoring for unlimited space.

Needs a sharing option and could definitely be improved. It's nice that you can delete pics off your phone automatically but getting them back off is a nightmare.

This app does not sync up with the laptop. I have called 5 times to try to resolve this issue, but they always point me toward ATT, but ATT says that this is a 3rd party app under asurion control. NOBODY has been able to help me....and ALL I want to do is be able to put my pictures on my laptop!!!!

I've been trying this app for a year and a 1/2 I cannot load my pictures up it just gives me a code I log in with the code and I just the 4 small dots on the bottom of as just keeps on going keeps on going keeps on going keeps on going I must have did it 50 times and I even email them they told me oh you aren't doing it right it's nothing else to do I can't to give me the 5 digit code I'm putting them in and nothing happens they never can load then my screen goes dark Sorry for the mistakes

love AT&T Photo Storage for how it safely saves all my photos and cleans up my phone time to time. It's Highly recommended for AT&T Customers.

Just found out about this and have been with Att for many years, I had no issues getting it set up, Email went fine and it synced perfectly.. I didn't have to do anything, it did everything for me.. Super Nice App.

if I could give this app zero ⭐ I would but I has to put one to write a review...this app is NOT backing up my pics 98% of my pics on the app have the little dotted circle with the arrow but it NEVER completes! I can't delete any pics bcuz this app that I'm promised UNLIMITED storage will NOT STORE MY PICS!!!

Got this service free with my insurance add-on. Would be nice if the app supported selective albums instead of uploading every single image I have on my phone. I have absolutely no need to back up screenshots that I delete from my phone within a few minutes to hours!

Why only 5 gb storage? And optimize? How can I when photos are so small I can't choose which to delete, and would take me 2 hours? This needs "probably" a computer, I am uninstalling this unsatisfactory app, but just reinstalled it, as it deserves only one star but don't do that no more, gave it 2 but I did call to be sure I wasn't being charged for this, as I am already paying over $200 monthly only for me! AT&T can't even help me to activate a new Samsung Tablet S7 since January 1st!!

Constantly crashes, I can't even look at any pictures most the time.

Still slow; otherwise it's as good as Giggle! Still extremely intrusive and invasive about me & my personal information and security.

love this app... it save the photos to the cities that you have visited, and you can make folders per your vacations...

lost my device, thought I lost all my device files but thanks to att photo storage my files were all retrieved.

This app has potential, but it has alot of bugs. I upgraded to unlimited storage due to the obvious of Google photos, but is very slow of backing up photos. That, I can live with since it's doing its thing in the background. The biggest issue so far is the message I keep getting, "backup paused, no wi-fi connection", yet I'm connected to wi-fi. I've rebooted my phone, cleared cache, and still no resolve.

Tortal Garbage. Everytime I try to open it it freezes and does not work. Very low capacity as well.. Not recommended at all. And of course, ATT customer service is the worst ever. They didn't speak English, don't know what they're doing and it takes 2 hours and several transfers before ending up right back where you started. Nowhere.. Total junk. You're better of with Google Photos

Once you backup pictures, it's nearly impossible to get them out. The quality doesn't render as the original photos and when you try to download, the app freezes and crashes. UPDATE: I've reached out and requested assistance to get the 90.8 GB of photos and videos that I have backed up and apparently NO ONE knows how to export them out. U suppose that is one way to force a customer hostage.

I guess it works if you don't mind the only option of backing up all your photos automatically. There is no way to change that without turning off WiFi and if you do that, it beeps at you everytime you switch back from another app. There's no settings at all. To get help you have to download another app. I'll stick with Google Photos. Thanks for wasting my time.

It used to be okay but I had over 15gb saved and when I went to look for pictures I recently deleted but needed I noticed it saved nothing from Feb 2021onward. Looking into it, it appears I was downgraded from whatever it was at before to 5gb some time in February so it stopped backing anything up and didn't bother to tell me. It's also horribly bugged and crashes constantly. If anyone has suggestions for a better app I'm all ears!

If you want to download all your pictures from storage, you have to select each one individually. There's no option to download them all. Then once you do, you can't even choose where the pictures download to. I bought a huge micro SD card because all these pictures won't fit on my phone's internal storage. So much for that, I guess. I am actually dumbfounded that an app this garbage actually exists and was made by a multi billion dollar corporation no less.

This app has some potential, but is missing some key features that would greatly improve it. The main one would be the ability to drag and select multiple images. Another would be an easier way to install images from a PC/copy built folders from a PC onto the app.

I was shocked & infuriated to discover that AT&T Photo Storage backed up all photos & vids on ny device to its cloud storage WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. I never knowingly backed up any photos to AT&T Photo Storage. I can only speculate that this app automatically downloads photos without a user's express permission. I found in settings it's possible to turn off the auto-download of any new photos, but only after the app's already captured all such files already stored on user's device.

It's a little pushy about buying my images, and it's not quite as user friendly for the way I want to use it. However, I love that it backs up and saves my images in a safer house then my phone. And I like how it enhances images and knows intuitively to make collages . It's kinda fun.

Five star but 5 months ago as of today it's beyond a zero star and maybe father than that spent as much as 6 hours on phone w/ AT&t trying their best to put it back on there ,it's yours and you ain't taking care of the app ,no way at this moment possible for AT&t to help with this app AT&t photo storage because you know Google is going down to 15 GB and you're ROBBING AT&T to HAVE THIS app from your company man or woman of your company and answer all of these reviews ,THINK ABT IF UR PICTURES

Although the app didn't give specific instructions on how to fix the problem, it did open my mind to the possibilities of protecting both pics and videos.

App needs a lot of work to fix bugs or whatever is happening.

This is my replacement for Google Photos. They are eventually going to cutoff unlimited photo storage so why wait? I'm making the move now! I like this app the only part I don't understand is the part about device albums. I don't have any pics in my gallery at this time so I am assuming that these are photos in the cloud that were never actually backed up. I'm fine with that, but I would like the option to move them to the cloud or delete them at some point. More to come.
