Great customer support that's well worth the small they charge for their service. Well worth it for the not-so-savvy phone user, and I wouldn't be surprised if the savvy would find benefit in their timely notices and suggestions. You can contact them via phone or chat, and they're able to securely remote access into your phone for troubleshooting or just general how do I so this help. They've been very helpful to me so far.

Problems with your cell phone don't call AT&T protect, They no longer do live conversation live conversation instead they text back-and-forth back-and-forth they stink. Terrible AT&T as much as you charge people this is ridiculous.

Incredibly helpful! I can ask an expert instead of scouring the internet for a solution that may not work. Absolutely resolved an issue that was causing a basic function of the phone to crash and malfunction by walking me through several steps. Also great in determining what is an error vs a problem with the phone itself. Very grateful this exists! Very little wait time to speak to someone!

Techs are great; very knowledgable and thorough. There are some glitches with the app. Sometimes you are assigned to a tech, but they never enter the chat. Ten minutes into the session, still no tech. Other times the chat just ends. But you don't know it ended.. The other party just stops responding. Then you have to start over with a new tech and explain it all again.

My only complaint is the End conversation button doesn't verify you definitely want to end the conversation. I hit it by accident and it ended my conversation with the tech in the middle of troubleshooting. It's not a major issue because the next tech was able to pick up where I left off with the previous one but it definitely added to my frustrations a bit. I mentioned this to the next tech I got and he assured me he would pass this on to the app development team.

It was very good until after 18 years, had to terminate AT&T. Not much better where I'm at now, but at least they don't screw up your other services and overcharges. But again, I would be back to AT&T, but I gave them way too many chances. Update: Thank You Asurion. You guys definitely, in the 18yrs w/AT&T, even after, you replaced my "New S8", and replaced it for a brand new one, "not refurbished", and AT&T, upgraded the hardware & software to S9, even though I wasn't with AT&T anymore. 👍✌

Worst experience EVER trying to get help!!!! I am presently being passed to the 4th person who can "help" me get a 4+ year old battery on my Samsung S8+ phone, replaced. NO ONE seems to be able to work the System. You would think that with the Acknowledgment from ATT that the average Lifespan for a battery is 2-3 years, that it would be a cinch to get it replaced, RIGHT? NO, not possible. I've been on the phone with them going on 2.5 hrs and they still can't get their system to work n help me.

I receive text messages from an email domain. This does not prevent and they can not prevent it from what they say. Also after receiving an update on my phone I now get spam text every six hours like clockwork that they can do nothing about. How is this a pro tech platform but they can not fix these issues, yet they can charge more money in all kinds of directions and tell you it's ok? As a tech company, you should have full capabilities to correct these issues. There is nothing pro or tech here

I'm sorry but your apps really are terrible. They are absolutely the slowest and most irritating utility apps I've ever used. Just trying to get the app to open is a challenge at times. And trying to simply make a payment takes way too long and half the time it just times out. I find it a bit unsettling that a phone/tech company can't even make a functional app for it's customers. It's pretty weak actually. Hows about stepping it up a bit, huh? It's not like you can't afford it or anything. 🤨

I know this from Asurion and had experienced technical support with their support team, and was not any good, toss up with AT&T technical support, which is way below any standards of professionalism..as it comes with having insurance with Asurion which I don't have at this time, and even if I did, I don't think Asurion can help with transfers, needing to remote into my phone? This Note 8 I'm using, from Asurion around a year ago? I experienced their tech support years ago, was not satisfactory

I can always depend on the most solid help to solve my issues and the techs are usually very knowledgeable and can understand the problem and know how to resolve it, that puts my mind at ease. On rare occasions have I had a problem with the understanding of the problem with a tech. On a whole they have a super Attitude and can get to the source of the problems I am encountering. One tech even restored my account to perfection after i had accidently done a factory reset..I could have hugged him.

Could be better! I like the app and hope for better options to choose from when it comes to your issue. Another thing is they can't help with refund issues & certain type of billing issues. I felt they should handle the same issues as if I would call At&t. (The automated says they can't help with those issues). They couldn't direct me to anyone I need to call At&t to get help.

I needed to transfer data from one device to another and they were helpful with the process. Unfortunately it took like 2 hours to complete the process via Smart Switch. They called me 6 times to ensure that it completed the process and all.dats tranfered. I am very thankful and impressed with Protec services.

Easy to connect to what you need to know. Example: thought I would lose my mind when duplicates of my texts were coming through one of them 9 times. ProTech helped me figure out I had missed an upgrade so we went to Settings-General, About Phone, and did an Upgrade. Problem solved 😎 Thank you very much!

After notifying At&t of the problems with my old LG phone, they quickly replaced my old LG with a new(er) LG. The transfer process was terrible, I spoke with several techs, and although they were very eager to help, my information transferred in bits and pieces, eg, 2 photos files, 2 contacts files, only the texts that were sent TO me were transferred (none FROM me), all the dates of the mms files are now the dates of transfer, not the dates of births, graduations, etc., still a horror show.

Att&t has gone downhill with customer service, and apps don't work, I switched to Verizon in so any bills after the switch will be declined. You can feel free to contact me but I'm not spending hours on the phone to be hung up and on!

I was having multiple issues with my phone. I went to the AT&T store and became frustrated with them because they could or would not help me. They told me to go next door to a "Mr Fix It" and they could maybe help. I used this AT&T Pro Tech today and the tech was very patient and was able to address my issues and even helped with some other things on my phone that I was not aware of. GREAT SERVICE. I will use them again

I've had a problem with downloading pictures through text messaging since September it's now November on my Business phone Galaxy Note 10. They tried and handled it very professionally but still haven't fixed issues. Everytime senior Tech advisor's say they're going to call me back, they NEVER DO, that's very aggravating! My Business if being effected!! I continue to ask if its AT&T or if its the phone and no one will answer me.

awesome service! saved me alot of time not having to run into the store, leave my phone for a tech to look at it and go back and pick it up. the tech was able to take control of my phone with my granted permission through the app and fix the issues I was having.... all while I was putting my kids to bed.
