i used to be an Operator for ATT and it was a great Mother-company. but it isn't any good as a cell phone company. they charged me for all kinds of data usage when they were the ones using it!! i use Consumer Cellular now. i pay 1/4 the price and get better service everyday. CC uses ATT cell towers so it's great there too. ha ha ATT. i'll bet they don't post this.
This app is worthless. On iPhones I could block easy. I had a stalker and somehow the guy could call or text around whatever "block" they do. I had this guy harass me for a year, almost daily, and even with this block and several, several, SEVERAL times I continued to be harassed by him. If you need help, NEVER use this app thinking it will help.
Why does 1 need smart limits on unlimited data content and service? BECAUSE UNLIMITED ISnt REALLY UNLIMITED according to At&t. So it's automatically misnamed, misleading and a blatant means of screwing customers just like they do 30 yr employees that retire being promised proper bcbs Healthcare, free or greatly reduced phone costs, unlimited service, discounted devices and lie or renege on it all. Pre divestiture it was great to work for and service stellar. Now I wouldn't recommend at&t at all
How could someone pay for an App that doesn't prevent the owner from going over on there usage?? AT&T is going down hill fast,and there bringing DirecTV with them. I've used AT&T for 30 years, I do believe this will be the last year they take my money!!!!
I have AT&T service and cannot even get this to install on my Galaxy S8+! If i would have known I could not use THE CELLULAR COMPANY'S OWN APP to block inappropriate content on my daughter's phone I would have NEVER added a second line to my plan! This is absolutely stupid!!
This app worked great until about a month ago. My understanding is that it will be deleted on 11/26/18 and they will use something else that I am not interested in so will be one less thing to pay for. I really did like this app until it quit working.
The reviews pretty much say it all! Att has lost their minds, we pay plenty for phones (understmt) & service, and they want to charge MORE for a service that totally should be free!! Shame on att!!!
I can't believe ATT is getting rid of this. It was perfect for our needs. Just needed to control the timing of the kids' phones. Easy to use. It worked great!!
this app has been replaced with as of Nov 2018 to Secure Family. So they need to remove this app all together. It's just taking up space I can use for something else.
AT&T talked me into this year's ago to block some stalkers. New phone this week, Smart Limits quit working, hours on the phone with AT&T to fix it, and finally the woman tells me that I never needed this to block people. So so pissed
I could not even open this app up and neither could the techs at AT&T. I talked to 3 of them and the last tech was supposed to call me back in an hour....that was 6 hours ago!
Great Product, however they got rid of it for Smart family which is terrible. My phones are paid off soon. I'm leaving AT&T as soon as I can.
Since this has been sunseted it would be great of AT&T to allow uninstallation of this now bloat ware....Secure Family eliminated the only two features I paid to use. Let me delete this bloatware!
don't want this app we don't have at&t in the UK so why can't I remove it its useless to me and a waste of space I keep deleting updates and disabling the app but it keeps coming back very bad app
AT&T should have never made the decision to abandon this app and use the secure family app . It does not block texts, why this feature was removed is beyond my understanding. Stupid move AT&T
Refuses to update causes errors and makes other updates bottleneck...uses up space and battery want to delete it but it will not let me uninstall ...not worth it
So unhappy you are getting rid of this...have lost the ability to block unwanted numbers and know what my teenager is up to. Bad move...thinking of switching companies
A scam from at&t. they want to charge you $5 a month for a service that should be free. No wonder they have so much competition.

I WOULD LIKE FOR THE APP TO SHOW THE TEXT MESSAGES THAT PEOPLE SEND AND TO BE ABLE TO KEEP THEM AS LONG AS YOU WANT
I absolutely love this app. It was the best thing for me and my 4 children it worked great never had trouble with it! Then they go and update with a different crapy app. Very dumb on there part. Thanks a lot now my children are not protected by random callers and mean kids. Can't block numbers that's just real nice.
