It won't even let me sign in or create an account. It does however pop up when I try to open certain files and tells me I can no longer view this item because I can't log into this app.
Cant even register. Uses phone number, e-mail etc. Nothing. WTH

How can I give any type of a review when I can't even register! And using both my email address or phone number says that it is not linked to an account!
Hate it because there is nowhere to register account!!!
What is this app used for exactly??? For those who gave it 5 stars, could you please explain how to reregister????
I like that is so easy to use compared to many of the other backup programs that I've tried before.
Backups your information automatically in case your computer dies and you can access the files that you choose on the go.
CANNOT find the means to crea tee an account

Asked for login and password but gives no opportunity to set oneup. Forgot password option doesn't work either.

A very poor app. As I downloaded it, installed it, then it would not allow me to log into on my phone. No problem with online one.
Why would you give AT&T and their partners access to your personal data while they are unwilling to be responsible in any way?
It's worth it if u don't like syncing with computer
Every time u cut back on 4g network or claim my user time is up I loose all data connect to face book or any. Use of my phone can't even make 911 calls it is a rip off to pay so much for only a half mo service
People. This app doesn't backup your computer. The backup program is installed on the computer and this app allows you to access the files that were backed up.
I tried to log on, said I didn't have a log on. No option to create a profile. Went to a desktop to register, said there was an error, wouldn't say why. Life is too short for this hassle.
I was able to download app. That's it! Asks for username and password but no option to create an account! Useless!
I feel better knowing I have my telephone company is with me no matter where I am.
It doesnt allow you to setup an account nor is it very useful
Where is the cloud supposedly replacing the locker and messages app? Plus where are you to register! ATT has a problem with other brands that don't use ATT internet service and 100%att stick to Google!
Can't log in with my AT&T email account
Using the same login and password for all my other At&T apps (five in all) and it can't log in. Keeps saying "Invalid username and password." Kinda crummy.
Can't create a profile ... or sign in with Att...
I need tutorial help!!!!! I can't afford upgrade if not free! !!!
It's ok
The app wont open at all. All of AT&T's apps are extremely slow, but this one just refuses to work at all. I haven't been able to back up my phone in months because of this app, and they block Samsung storage from being able to be upgraded in order to force us into using their garbage. 1 out of 5.
