05/16/22 Update: Tried to download again, I was able to download but still won't work. Doesn't even open. And ATT doesn't care either way. Can't wait til I can switch back to T-mobile soon. Awful app can't even download to use it. Crashes every time I try. Even tried to send an email to the developer listed but it came back as undeliverable. What good is a benefits app if it doesn't work ? I'd give no stars if I could but won't take my rating with out at least 1 star.

I used to enjoy the deals, especially ticket Tuesdays. But with the most recent app update, it won't let me redeem the ticket. I select my theater, select my movie, and then I get a blank screen that just says Ticket Tuesday at the top, and there is basically no way to contact AT&T for help about it. I hope they put out an update or fix it soon. Was always nice to see a movie on the cheap.

It would be amazing if it worked. I wish I could give it a higher score, but as other people have mentioned, the Ticket Tuesdays feature isn't working. When I select a showtime, the date changes to Wednesday, rendering the offer useless. So, I contacted AT&T support through chat, then spoke to several people on the phone, was finally transferred to tech support where I was put on hold, and then ultimately hung up on.

It's nice to be appreciated! Even though all offers and discounts won't appeal to all people, I think it's nice that AT & T does something extra for their customers. Using the app you can find deals (usually a % off a meal, or a BOGO) near you that encompass everything from great movie deals, sporting events, and dining offers, to random things like current shows. It just depends what is currently available. I think the buy a movie ticket and comp a friend (currently offered weekly!👍) is great!

This app used to be semi worth while. Now, it barely is. It's constantly logging you out even when you have the "Keep Signed In" option checked. Sometimes it logs you in fairly quickly, other times you are stuck on the "Authenticating" screen. Then trying to get any of the promotions is another headache. Either they are never available or if they are, it takes so long to load that it doesn't even matter. I've waited until now to review it hoping it will improve but it seems to get worse.

The app used to work, now it doesn't. It's fully updated. It will load but I just get a white screen that says welcome & explains the app, the words continue to the end of the screen and that's it. It doesn't scroll, there's nothing to click, I've tried tapping the screen, holding the screen, etc. However, att thanks will work on my PC just fine. Lol. It's not my phone, my phone is newer, I have the Note 10 plus. So, what gives?

This app does not work. However, I have contacted their Social Media Manager and he has assured me that they are working on fixing it once they find the issue. It appears to be an issue between the app communicating with Fandango's API. **Temporary fix - I was assured that if you send them a valid receipt, they will credit your AT&T bill for the amount of the second ticket if it meets their typical criteria. I will change my 1 star to something higher once this is fully resolved. AT&T, hit me up if you need someone to fix the app ;)

If it can't authentic it is a useless app, period. Needs some work. It flashes "unable to authentic". If you aren't paying attention you miss the message. It doesn't say what the error is or give any additional information. At one point I had it working now it doesn't. Multiple reinstalls and password resets don't fix the problem. It gives zero information of where to go to get assistance. AT&T, you can do better!

Useless! I've been able to log in exactly once in 5 months. Always gives an "unable to authenticate user" error. I would give it zero stars if I could because that is exactly what it's worth. I really think AT&T is using it as a selling point but intentionally keeps you from logging in once you sign up and start paying them. That way they never have to give you any of the benefits. That would fit perfectly with their customer service.

A lot of steps, but usually it works well and saves us money. last week, though, it routed through Fandango and just hung up. About to try again and hope it's back to normal. ----- Just tried again and again it would let me select a theater and a movie and a time, but wouldn't let me buy tickets. More experimenting showed that I could buy tickets for less popular movies. Can't buy tickets for movie that has only been out about a week, even during the day. Never used to have this problem.

I have used the AT&T Thanks ap for over a year, for movies on Tuesday, and for the most part was happy with the benefit, but since a recent change in the design, I have not been able to access the application to take a friend to a free movie, and have wasted a lot of time on my computer, and phone. It doesn't seem like any programmer tested this ap out before subjecting it to the public. Consequently a lot of AT&T customers are disgusted, and have writen a number of negative reviews, which are not getting to the AT&T Customer Service Complaint Department. AT&T needs to take a serious look at their company, because customers are not happy with the service they receive. One of the best run companies is Amazon for ease of use. They have thought of everything on their website to make it user friendly for all ages and demographics. Unfortunately, if customer service, and techinical support doesn't change at this company, customers will find better service options with other providers. This simple AT&T Thanks ap is a perfect example of how poorly the company functions, and no one is interested in quality control. Just look at the reviews AT&T.

Not worth the space it's taking up on my phone. I tried it a year ago and it was bad. A customer service rep suggested I download it to get gold member offers yesterday, so I downloaded it again thinking they may have improved it. It got worse. Their "offers" are the ability to enter two sweepstakes. You probably won't win, so essentially they are offering nothing. Lame

There is a major bug in the movie part of the program where it forces the movie to the wrong date and it does this regardless when you try to use the app before, on, or after a Tuesday. Many of the posters clearly show the same problem but most have not taken notice of what it is doing to the dates which is the reason why it is not working. I have done every work around imaginable, it is just badly broken and needs fixing.

Awful. I always have a hard time logging on and when I do it is very difficult to navigate because it freezes up and I have never been able to connect to a promotion. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times. I get notifications about promotions regularly but have not benefited because the app doesn't work right. I am now uninstalling for good.

I tried for several days to get into this app with no luck. I waited for several weeks and tried again... still no luck. I uninstalled and reinstalled, but it still doesn't work. The app doesn't even attempt to open until I've tried about 3 times then it comes up telling me I have no data connection. It does this even if I'm on wifi. Update June 1... still crashing. Sad that at&t can't even correct their own app issues.

Downloaded this app and was excited to look through what it offers but can't do anything! It constantly says "no connected to wifi" when I absolutely am, turning Wi-Fi off and using data does not work. Because of this I cannot log in to my account or view any offers, can't get past the main screen -.- uninstalling and re-downloading is not a fix. It's infuriating and a waste of time...very disappointing from AT&T

One of my worst app experiences. It takes an extremely long time to load. It is constantly crashing. I have tried it on both Android and iOS, and it still crashes. When you do get it to load, when you click on an offer you often get an error message saying that the website is not available. Try to update your information and it reboots the app. This is just a bad app.

I've tried unsuccessfully to use this app over and over again for more than a year. Done all the troubleshooting, talked to AT&T, etc. Most days it just simply "cannot authenticate user". Isn't that a basic function one needs for their app to be useable? The handful of times I have managed to get into the app it seems user friendly, with a pretty interface and then it times out. I get push notifications from it but that's about it. Uninstalling permanently this time :(

I get an "unable to authenticate user" message after entering my credentials. I've re-set the password twice and the same thing happened each time. This app was pretty much useless anyway. I never thought I'd say this, but T-Mobile's comparable app is 1000x better. C'mon AT&T 🙄. I uninstalled the app, deleted the cache from the 2 internet browsers I use, and reinstalled the app. Those steps helped me get past this error in the past but it isn't helping this time around.

The app doesn't work. it just lists out the movie halls. When you click on the timeslot it just loads a blank page. I tried to go through the web browser but it pushes you back to download this app. The app developer needs to try it out before rolling out a half finished product. I dont know how AT&t can roll out such a buggy product.

I like the idea... Verizon also has something like this but it is integrated into their regular app seamlessly. The rewards are easy to get and small but useful like $10 giftcards to places I frequent. At&t should take a class from verizon. The rewards aren't practical and I don't feel appreciated for spending upwards of $400 a month on their services. I can't even access the app anymore it's been stuck on the opening page, I've uninstalled and reinstalled several times. No good! UPDATE: Large Font does not work with the opening page!!! I had to make my font smaller to open the app.

App crashes left, right and center. It is impossible to actually use this app. Over the last 6 months, I have tried using it several times and was probably successful in booking movie tickets twice. Rest of the times, I just quit out of sheer frustration. Get your executives to use this app and see how they like it. Maybe then you'll fix the bugs.

Easy to navigate, great rewards! I can't believe this app has so many negative reviews. Initially when I downloaded it I had authentication issues. I simply uninstalled and reinstalled it I didn't have time to log in. A couple days later I logged in no problem. If you know your password is correct and you receive the authentication message try what I did. Giving a bad review isnt going to fix it. Since then I've had no problems and I've been able to benefit from awesome opportunities!!! Thanks

Who doesn't love some great discounts when available WITHOUT purchasing anything or feeling pressured to buy something first!!! I 💚 how I am included just for being an AT&T customer. It could've just been something offered for platinum members or a promotional thing that expires after so long, but it's not. The kind of discounts & the locations might change as expected, but it's nice that regardless of what level I am, I get great discounts that's constantly updated!! Nice Job AT&T!!

I noticed alot of people are having the same issue with Tuesday tickets being pushed to Wednesday when you try to select a movie. Iv had so many issues with this I think it's from just selecting the option then scrolling through movies and times but never completing the purchase. It thinks you have used the promo for the week so it wont let you buy. At least when I stopped browsing and just made a decision it worked every time.

For an app that's intended to show customers appreciation for their business, they sure don't fix anything. I've had AT&T for almost 2 years now, and I have NEVER gotten this app to work once. The ticket twosdays load forever and never let you get tickets. If the page doesn't load forever, it gives you an error page. These are both problems they are aware of and never fixed. 0 stars. Don't waste your time.

1/14/2020 update- once again, Fandago doesn't work and kept switching the date to Wed. Fix it or don't offer the benefit. Usually it is glitchy and I constantly get an authentication error. Once I'm in, I frequently cannot actually get screens to purchase movie tickets. Wish this worked as well as it used to, ever since the change to fandango, there have been a lot of issues.

This app is complete waste of my time. I'm always receiving an authentication error, even though I put everything in properly. Even if I was to be able to login whatever special or deal that's going on is always gone. That's logging in and trying to do the special at 3 p.m. Eastern. If I do time it right I get a login session. You may as well just get rid of the AT&t thanks app did you cannot fix this issue anytime soon.

Works as expected, and had some decent rewards **UPDATE: The Android version of this app no longer allows me to buy the ticket twosdays. I go to select the movie time to purchase, and it changes screen where it's supposed to hook up with Fandango, and it just stays as a white screen. I've had to install it on my iPad to use this feature unfortunately.

It's super glitchy. I'm there at exactly the time the gifts are released constantly clicking but by the time the page loads and I auto fill my name and email the gifts are all gone. I wish when I got to the page to fill in my name it held a gift for me for at least 30 seconds or something! Allstate has something similar and if I make it to the info page I have 20 minutes to check out before it releases the claimed item. I do not recommend this app. It's nothing but stress and disappointment.
