AtB’s mobile app lets you buy your ticket prior to boarding. Tickets are active from the moment of purchase.

Single ticket is valid on bus/tram in Trondheim Region and passenger boat between Trondheim – Vanvikan and Trondheim – Kristiansund. You can buy a ticket for yourself or for a group travelling together

Period tickets are valid on bus/tram in zone Stor-Trondheim and passenger boat between Trondheim – Vanvikan and Trondheim – Brekstad.

Mobillett is only valid on buses operated through AtB and routes 800/805 and 810.

In order to make your purchase as easy as possible, the ticket app requires access to Location Services. Knowing your location means that the app can automatically suggest a ticket in the zone you are located.

Purchase you ticket prior to boarding. It is your responsibility to purchase the correct ticket. You must be able to present your ticket upon inspection

Works 1/10 of the time. Hangs on different steps in the ticket purchasing process. Extremely unreliable. My phone is Sony XZ2 compact, and I have observed zero issues with any other app I use on it.

Horrible, disappointing, just moved to Norway and this is making it impossible to get around, why can't I just check buses in this city on google maps?? Instead I need 2 different apps? Not even easy to use or intuitive..making it very hard for everyone...

Bought ticket (I saw the ticket valid in the app), when it was time to show it the app crashed, and could not recover the ticket. Luckily I was not checked, but this app is a money grabber and IS NOT SAFE TO USE!

It work well, untill it fails trying to buy something with a card (card is not from norwegian bank, but worked before). Card has money. I tried to redownload app, add new card, but all transactions failed (buying ticket and refill).

It has refused to load upon my arrival to Trondheim. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling.. Restarting my phone but it won't work. So I had to go buy a 24 hour ticket FROM NARVESEN. Will have to buy another for the following day.

Awful app... Payments with card routinely fail to go through leaving me without any method of paying for a ticket (I do not have a Norwegian bank account so can't use Vipps and can't charge tickets to my mobile contract). Why is authorising payments so difficult to do in this app...?

All of a sudden the credit card secure code disappeared so non Norwegian card can't be used. Norwegian card just doesn't work.

Got an sms telling me to update the app (mandatory if you want to continue using it). The new version is horribly slow and you can't rely on it to work within the time it takes from you seeing the bus and boarding it. Forcing a update to a slow and unstable version is a no go!

We are currently traveling throughout Norway and our Airbnb hosts told us to use it for cheaper travel but it's useless. You can not set up an account. We will be telling our hosts to stop advising guests to use it. I'd be getting this fixed pretty quick unless you want upset travelers.

Requires Internet connection even though you already own tickets. you should not have to have an Internet connection at all times for the app to work. the only time you may require that is when all buses offer a WiFi connection. Secondly, AtB provides routes with other bus companies without clearly stating this. I see a lot of opportunities for improvement that AtB could take. Not sure why they are not doing it.

i have used it a lot but since the last recent update it no longer functions correctly so I can no longer use it. On at least 2 occasions I have bought a ticket then when I reached my second bus to continue my journey it says "You have no tickets" and it fails to load setup data. I used to find it a very useful app, but now it is very unreliable, seems to be badly written and has ended up costing me money instead of saving it. Thumbs down.
