This app used to be reliable, but since the bus route update last august, it never reflects when a bus will actually pass. The bus is always either too early or too late compared to the time displayed on the app, resulting in me missing my bus or waiting in the cold and rain much longer than I would have liked.
Never ever trust the estimated arrival times. It would have been better to simply have the arrival times in the bus stop than this. Works for finding bus stops and what busses goes to each stop. AtB once again giving me lots of time to add to my review. Checked bus times the night before, not many busses going since it's sunday morning. Figured I'd take the 07:30 bus that this app tells me about. Show up the next day only to find out it doesn't exist. Thanks, guess I'll both be late and cold.
This app is pretty useless since the bus arrives at random hours, sometimes I had to wait 40 minutes, so once this get fixed and my time doesn't get wasted I'll change review
Impossible to trust. Live updates rarely work if at all. When live updates work, the estimated times are often ±5 minutes. Busses often don't show up at a given time meaning you'll have to wait for the next one.
Could you fix the widget for Android or hire more people to maintain the application. You guys have a lot of users that pay for your services and I think many would appreciate clearer communication
Pretty much useless. You'd save more time walking to the bus stop and reading the tables there
Busses almost never arrive on time, and you're lucky if they appear at all. The tickets are overpriced as well.

Rarely works when you need it
Feature request: Sort favorites by relative position (gps). Would be awesome if the closest stop where at the top, also in the favorite tab. || Should be fixed to comply with Amdroid design: Adaptive icon, dark mode.

The apps integration with Google maps drains the battery even when the app is not running
Misleading app, missed the bus several times due to wrong information from the app.
Rotates even when portrait mode is locked. Does not plan for bus-change mid-route even though this would save tons of time for the customer. Can not edit address when searching if you i.e. want to add house number.
After recent update, arrival time estimation is completely messed up and it can no longer be trusted. It was working perfectly fine up until July. Also, there is no way to provide such feedback directly in the app. It will be great if this app can start showing accurate realtime information just like before.
