Trying to capture a deposit check, but the photo gets stretched to much to read. Second time I've had to go into a branch to make a deposit.
I to used this app and never had an issue. just upgraded to galaxy j7 and I also get a black screen. what happened.
I've tried running this app on two different phones and all I manage to get upon login is a black screen.
Was great initially. Now all I get is a black screen. I dont understand what happened. My phone is new and this shouldnt be an issue.
black screen when log on I think the company needs to fix the problem it's not our phones.
This app did not help me when Spreeking scammed me.This app stores all my banking accounts when I need too thanks,webwise. Positive
App disappeared from pc, but when i try to reinstall, states alrady installed but fails to show app.
It was 5 stars until I started getting a black screen every time I try to use it

Useless. Doesnt work.
As a retired employee of ATC, I can personally attest to the ease of using this app. If you have any concerns or problems, please call the bank; you will find the employees are specially trained to resolve any issues promptly and courteously. They are the very best!
I upgraded my rating! Initially I was not not able to get a remote deposit check to process but after talking to the bank I decided to try a different phone. It worked instantly and seamlessly!
Does not work properly when trying to deposit checks
Remote deposit still doesn't work. Takes front picture fine, but when trying to take back picture, the button to snap the photo doesn't engage or do anything. Would be a decent app if it was working properly.

Error with remote deposite! Won't take pictures.
Won't let me log in since last update to change icon. Never had a problem till then. The version no.beers are now overlaying on top of the log in area
Bill pay process is terrible. I can write a check by hand in half the time the site can. More importantly taking up to 7 days to make payment by bill pay is unacceptable. I am looking for banks who offer a better system. The old process was 100 percent better.
