The most frustrating app, I cannot get live viewings unless I'm connected to the same WiFi that the Sannce security system is connected to. I cannot get live views on other WiFi when I'm out an about or from my mobile network. What on earth is this?? There's no clear instruction or guidence for people who may find it difficult to connect. The developer is not bothered and this app should be permenantly taken off of Google.

Works fine - needs improvements. Can be a pain to set up initially but I recommend registering for an account and then adding cameras via wifi. App is decent enough and does what it's meant to, could be a bit smoother as you have to always select the camera before they load so bit annoying but not the end of the world. Drains battery rapidly! Always force stop in your app settings or itll kill within an hour. Also sometimes crashes when viewing in HD.

Do not use complete waste of time since update (scam to get money). Old at cloud worked perfectly for nearly 2 years and since updated version it only connects when at home on same WiFi network as cctv system. I contacted them few months ago and all of a sudden worked fine again to this week when again stopped connecting using data or diff network. Contacted app developer and they all of a sudden want me to renew a subscription I never had 🤔 clearly they mess about with your account. Avoid app

App works perfectly... except everytime there is an update it completely erases all of the saved devices, and they all have to be manually added again. Please either work out how to update your app whilst keeping saved devices, or just stop updating, it was working perfectly yesterday.

Horrible APP :( So frustrating cannot connect to cameras remotely anymore (only from home), previous versions had this issues but the next day the server allowed remote view again. It's been about 5 day and I have a security system that I CAN'T view while I'm not home. 1 Star for Sannce too because this crappy APP is the only option they offer to view their DVRs and Cameras! 🤬🤬🤬

app worked great with my system. then just stopped after several several emails i finally got a responce. they say they are in process of updating adroid app. yet it worked great before no other app will work with the system including inviden. bought and purchased system with expectations for it to remain on line yet a year later app says my serial number is invalid

It will not work on my phone. I have deleted the app and reinstalled it and after approx 5 seconds it freezes. I have wrote to the developers and they have not replied to me. They have ignored my message asking to fix it or see what the problem it. I would not recommend for any person to download this app. If I could give this app 0 stars I would.

Hmm... good app, good features, chews the power out your phone! Really needs looking into! When auto login you still have to pick a system although only one! This should be auto, the app has great potential and i hope it is fixed

The app crashes within 30s every time. Sometimes it doesn't even start. I have a Samsung Galaxy note 9. I've observed this for the last 2 weeks.

Cloud service not connected to mobile.. They say subscription over. Wat to do with this. Do something .i have been trying to connect but I couldn't. At cloud is very popular but do the same your service too...

Absolute rubbish. Will not run on Android or I phone, will not recall play back, crashes any device you download it to. Gutted, a complete waste of time and energy.

Same issues than others.. since recently cannot connect remotely any more. Also after trying to update my password to the server, cannot login neither.. I have a paid subscription.. seems like a scam.. used to work fine..

no longer can view the CCTV from mobile phone, as the app not connected to CCTV. Need to resolve the problem soonest. Update Feb 2021: The issue resolved and thanks for the support. Able to register the network for connection via internet.

Very poor, date and time always get wrong and now need to purchase the cloud service only can view from the device. Not happy with it.

works fine with my cameras even on mobile data, but what a Battery DRAINING APP , unless you force close which is not good -how about getting it sorted as I am not the first to state this

Earlier cloud service was free and my cam setup guy did not informed me about it and it was running from past 10 years. I think its problem with China maid now.Anyways good bye to China products and we can make much better one now at cheap cost.

My recorder keeps going offline & I'm unable to get it back online via the app, I need to login to the recorder manually to restart the system, very poor app

app is ok but it uses 30% of my battery after about 10 min of use also when i close the app it stays running smashing my battery so i have to force close it every time if i could use another app for my cameras i would. i think this app needs a major update

used to work great but since Christmas 2018 app stop working now can't get to work again. spent money on a tech person to come fix it but no help still don't work. really frustrated at this point

It will not keep our cameras, or device now it says repeated sign in, it should keep our device and I should be able to look at my cameras as many times as I want to from my phone or my tablet everything else is hooked up fine

I can no longer add a device, there is no ability to save new device. The update has made the app useless

Not so wonderful experience and you have paid and expecting the services to be used immediately. Valid and paid subscription but connection timeout 5402. Please help Goolink..

So do i. After update the apps, no more connection when far away from house. Connect only with wifi. Please fix this. Tqia.

Worked great for 3 days then just crashed and won't connect. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling but doesn't connect

This app asks for a new subscription and that too in dollars . In india , we don't have many international cards . How should we pay ? Please resolve this we are unable to view the cameras. Very poor display of looting your customers

Was a good app until last few days were it seems to stop working as soon as i open it please sort out otherwise will have to look for a alternative

Not getting installed.On my S-8 it is not showing any cameras.The older version ATV_AHD is working ok on this phone (note 2).

I would recommend for expired camera cloud devices. It detects your expiration date GID from device and gives you opportunity to extend it.
