Used this during a recent visit to The Playhouse in Edinburgh and it worked fine. Placed an order and it arrived during the interval. Loses a point due to the fact it hasn't been updated in over 4 years which for an app is an incredibly long time.
Works fine if the theatre has everything you want, but if they don't the app invites you to choose something else, but you can't remove the thing they don't have, so it still won't accept the order... Spectacular bad design!
Works well and my order was delivered to my seat literally within 30 seconds of the interval starting. The only negative is that the basket can't be edited once you've added items so only option is to exit app and start again.
App functionality clunky. A number of options not available but no way to cancel on the order page so had to close the app and reopen. The checkout then wouldn't load so we ended up going old school and visiting the bar in person!
This saved us our first night of the 2- night show! We were able to order for before the show as we were running late. Came right to us and was so easy! We used again for second night and just as good! Only downside was we couldn't tip via the app..?
Don't waste your time with this app. Tried 4 times to pre-order drinks for the Edinburgh Playhouse, but didn't manage yet to get an order placed through this app. Far easier to wait and have the ushers at the venue take the order for you!
Worked perfectly. Only gripe is that it said they had run out of something and wouldn't let me pay. To remove it I had to restart the app and add everything again But it saves a queue!
It just doesn't work. Ever. Have tried it upwards of 5 times and each time, it either gets stuck on creating order or doesn't even let you onto the ordering screen
Ordered in car on way to the show. Our order arrived at our seats at the interval before the lights even came back on! Would definitely use again.
It's not properly configured for a phone screen. You have to guess where the enter button is as it's not visible. No way of removing anything from your either.
TERRIBLE APP, charged me twice but displayed an error, the theatre said they had no record of the order, currently going through paypal dispute! Avoid this app!! Just goto the bar instead.
I placed an order too close to show time so it was never delivered, still charged. Tried emailing their paypal... email is getting bounced back to me.
Ordered wine pre-show and ice cream in the interval. In both cases they didn't turn up until we'd asked three times and when the ice cream came it was not the flavours we had ordered. I would quite like my money back.
Do not use. Ordered via the app for the interval, nothing arrived so we went to chase & no one knew anything about it. Drinks didn't arrive but they still took my money & not having to keep emailing customer services to get my money back.
Unable to process any of my orders as it was displaying 'web page unavailable' when attempting to link to PayPal. A very disappointing experience.
Worked really well for me in NYC. Some parts of the the theater had iffy service to begin with but I was able to order from my seat with no issues!
Bought a programme and paid for it on PayPal. She came with the program less the 5mins left of the interval. Then said me for more money I said I've paid. She said the price is wrong on this app. Well I said I'm sorry the app was wrong but my customer rights and law states I'm entitled to it as I've paid. She refused me the program and totally disregarded my right and believed she was above the law! I'm absolutely disgusted!
Continually says it's not available at my theater but the servers are walking around putting orders in on their devices just fine.
It has no link to ATG membership, or tickets bought through that before getting the app. You'd think it would link with ATG card membership
App won't let me pay for order. Every time it goes to payment screen, app closes down.
App did not work at Woking theatre. Tried to place order and all it did was whizz and do nothing.
Never worked at all. Just went to submitting order & never actually submitted anything
App is no good in the United States. Only gives options for the UK

Fabulous service. Sat enjoying our interval drinks watching the ice cream queue get longer!
Got warning that it was developed for an older Android version and it turns out the app has gone 5 years without updates..... So no surprise that it didn't work. Was able to select theater and seating but then next step never completed. Wasted time, my battery but most of all wasted income from ATC - feels like they don't want my money.
