Hey, to all who say the app is horrible and can't get in, I emailed the ppl in charge of the app and this is what was said: "Please note: The athenaWell application does not have any relation to the athenahealth patient portal. Access to the athenaWell application is invite only. Please contact your care team if you would like access to the application, or if you have any questions about the tool and all of its features." This is why you and I couldn't access the app. I hope this helps. 🙂
I just read the review below mine, after I installed it. I have AthenaHealth Patient Portal also. Seems like there's no app for them, just web access online. It'a ashamed that this app is getting all the bad press because they have the name as someone else. Maybe they need to put a disclosure in BIG RED LETTERS. WE ARE NOT ATHENAHEALTHCATR PATIENT PORTAL, So people won't continue giving them bad reviews. I can get in with my email & PW either, but, I can access it online with no problem.
Wish I could give it 0 stars because this app is useless. Can not access my account. I keep getting told wrong email/password but when I log into it from my browser I have no problems. NEEDS TO BE FIXED ASAP!!!!!
Non functional. Does not allow me to sign into the app with my username and pw on my Google Pixel Slate, but can use the website no problem. I guess I could save the webpage like an app, but that's not the same as using the manufacturer created app.
Impossible to use. Area health providers all need to get their acts together and use a single app or app producers need to get their acts together to permit seamless cross app health data usage. This world of apps is as disfunctional as that of USB connector types!
If I could I would put this in the minus column. Tried many times to get this to work. Will not recognize my pw unless my provider sends me an email first. I deleted and reinstalled it several times trying to get it to work How come health care professionals recommend such an unreliable app?
The app is useless. It is not connected in any way shape or form to the actual Athena Health patient portal. DO NOT waste your time. It seems more to be a fishing app then anything else. I'll pass on giving out my info.
I thought I was trying to access the portal incorrectly IT SEEMS I'm not the only one having these issues. This needs to be fixed asap as the doctors prefer to correspond this way.
can't even sign in. it says my email is invalid.. bunch of bull. I'm able to sign in on the actual website but not mobile app. uninstalling. what a waste of space.
This app may be from a separate company, but I have doctors in 3 different clinics. I can never remember which clinic this one is from. Perhaps put the clinic name as the app name.
I am unable to login with my accurate login information. I can login on the website, but not this app. Very disappointing, uninstalling.
Lousy app. Won't even let me log on to it. I can easily log on to the Athena portal to access my medical info with email and password but the app will not allow me with my proper credentials.
Tried to login in using the same information thay I normally use to get my info and it wouldn't allow me to login. Very disappoint. I wish you would join with MyChart so all of the info call be link for better care.
Why doesn't Athena have a PORTAL app? That would be more useful to a wider audience. I can see by other reviews that I am not the only one looking for a portal app. Also, put a disclaimer on your login screen.
Can't log in at all, gives a error screen everytime I try. I even deleted and reinstalled the app, no difference still can't log in
I wasn't able to log in with this new app. Luckily, I have the old app on my tablet. Why can't you team up with My Chart? It would make life so much easier.
Cannot access portal with this app. Tells you your email address or password is not correct. Reset password option DOES NOTHING!!!
I have no clue how I didn't read the reviews before I downloaded this app. If this is really made by athena health please make a portal app. My other doctor uses a portal app and it helps a ton. This was misleading.
Tried downloading so I could access my patient portal, but this has no connection to Athena health; apparently no app for the AthenaHealth portal currently exists. Please rename this - confusing and frustrating.

Doesn't allow me to log in .said email or password is wrong. When I verify my login password and email is correct
Can't use my regular credentials to log into this app it keeps saying wrong email wrong password and if I go online it works just fine
Does not work ! use a browser screen login that way. Use link sent in email to sign in. Only way I could get it

Unable to log into this app after multiple times. If I go online I can long in perfectly.
Yesterday it worked, today it is not working. AthenaWell is like that. Reset password has an embedded error si I can't do that either. There's no "for help contact" option. This app is totally random and dangerous if you actually need health information.
