Edit: Nevermind. It doesn't work currently. First level is for free, but everything afterwards is covered with an in-app purchase of 5.99. That's not a "free" app. And claiming it's free, is very close to scamming people. There have been no updates since 2016 - that's really bad. The little content I saw was pretty good, though. So I bought the full app. There are some mistakes and some simplifications within the app that could be tackled easily with this big community behind it.
Such a treasure trove! The app covers so many remarks i hear from my theist friends. Very useable answers and explanations how to further a conversation with people who have vastly different thinking patterns than i have. To make most use of the app, it really helped me to first formulate a response myself before peeking at the responses the app gives.
Like the app, but I think it's too expensive. This is really not worth €5,99. I'd buy it for €1, but I actually think this might as well be free. The goal is to teach people how to discuss faith claims in a polite way. I'd love to try my newly acquired Street Epistemology skills on the person who really believes this app is worth €5,99.
Think it a decent app but, like other comments, seems to high a price for what you get. Secondly, I've been trying to open the app but it just gets to a blank brown screen and nothing happens. I'm running the latest Android os, is there a patch coming that will fix the problem?
The content is excellent, the app works well, performs well, isn't heavy on memory... This is an app that everyone needs on their device. I absolutely love it!
In times like these when wallets are tied down by necessity, something as enlightening as this should be free. I am half tempted to make an app like this and give it out for free simply because your charging for it.
So far this app is very helpful to me in determining better ways to have a discussion with anyone on just about any topic. Update: unfortunately the app has stopped working on my phone and other devices.
First layer is free, it's a lot of content by itself. The login is broken, hence can't comment.
I love this app. But since today it won't open. It gets stuck on a blank page. Please fix it soon.
When I download this app it was to try to get better and more conservative in discussions Then life got in the way, return to it finally and it seems to have turn to a paid up that is about being atheist, and how to argue with someone religious over how to have a good discussion with anyone and everyone regardless of believe So after year of hopping to get around to it today uninstall the app Its not what it used to be Would not recommend

Apparently the app is discontinued. Too bad, because the content used to be good.
Two major problems with this app. First, as mentioned by other reviewers, € 5,99 is not a reasonable price to pay considering the quality of the content, especially when you take into account the fact that the app hasn't been updated in over three years; it appears to have been abandoned, and there are no recent comments or replies to comments pointing out mistakes or bad 'ideal answers'. Second, the app is heavily biased. Perhaps the most blatant example of this that can be found without having to pay for the app is in 'cave level 8' concerning the supposed absence of evidence for Jesus. This tries to get you (and your interlocutor) to doubt the historicity of Jesus of Nazareth, which is Mythicist garbage that's not taken seriously by any mainstream historian. For this view Boghossian cites the waste of trees that is David Fitzgerald's "Nailed: Ten Christian Myths That Show Jesus Never Existed at All". Fitzgerald is not a historian, let alone a New Testament scholar, and his book is riddled with arguments that might best be described, in the words of Wolfgang Pauli, as 'not even wrong'. Boghossian has no problem citing respectable scholars like Bart D. Ehrman when they happen to support his viewpoint, e.g. that the Bible is full of contradictions (see 'cave level 10'), but resorts to non-experts when those same scholars make claims that are inconvenient to him. Don't waste your money on this.

It's not working and the developer won't respond to me
It USED to be free! When I first downloaded the app, I got several layers down before life got in the way and I stopped going in to "play". Trying again, there's now a paywall at Cave Level 2. It seems like a bait and switch to me. I've happily paid for content in the past, but this seems like an unfair afterthought. Plus, the cost is a bit above what it's worth, imho.
