I used this app over a year ago, now there is no way to revert to a previous screen and all of a sudden I was seeing Old Navy logo and a bunch of text superimposed on something else. Please fix your app.
It's like a bad version of a website converted to mobile and then put into what is considered an app. It's easier to navigate on the actual mobile website.
I downloaded the app to get a discount advertised on the website but it turns out to only be available for iOS users 🤷♂️ The app is just a bad version of the website as other reviews have pointed out.
i can't paste a password into the Sign In page, so I'm effectively never going to be able to use this app.
The Athleta app takes forever to load and I find myself waiting longer for it to respond than majority of my other apps.

Downloaded for early access to the Felix line. Found out that was only offered to Apple users...deleted!
There is no back button! Super annoying.
it's not the easiest to login always have to reset my passwords!

I love Athleta and have been waiting for an app for a long time. The app crashes when I hit the back button about 50% of the time and I lose the place I was browsing. This is frustrating.
I love Athleta clothes but this app is slow, cumbersome, and full of glitches. I'll be deleting and solely shopping online. Surprised Gap wouldn't have a quality app for their brands.
Similar to other reviewers, the app is slow on android. I ordered items via the app then after the final processing, the app was suddenly frozed. I had to uninstall and reinstall the app. and double checked whether my order went through or not. Not a pleasant online buying experience.
It is not functional. I looks like a website. Click many times to go to the credit card account, it does nothing
It could be faster. I takes a long time to load. I rebooted my WiFi thinking it was my end....it was not.
Really slow on Android. Would rather surf their site online.

When I opened the app it would load forever and never open.
This app is full of bugs. It takes forever to load pages. It's too easy to mistakenly exit out of the app, it switches between the stores (BR, Gap, etc) too easily, and the size guides take a long time to load in a new window. I also wish reviews loaded automatically. Instead, I have to select reviews each time. I always, always read reviews before buying, so that's more time I spend waiting for content to load. A+ content, F on execution.
I can't check out through this app anymore. I have to log in over and over again and it still doesn't work. It took me 3 days to finish a purchase recently, and I finally completed it because I went online through the internet and got off the app. I guess I'll remove in for now and hope they fix it.
Used to love your app ... now I get to the checkout, successfully log in and when I try to complete the purchase, it keeps taking me back to the login, with NO error or reason why. Please revert to the working app or force an upgrade. I have called Customer Service and they've heard of the issue but can only take the order over the phone. So disappointing how long this problem has persisted.
This app is basically the mobile browser experience in an app, which is dumb for two reasons: 1) why have an app if you're not going to do anything to enhance the experience over the mobile browser? There's no point in me cluttering up my device storage and 2) more importantly, not experiences are terrible. The app is nearly unresponsive; touch and button presses delays are so long that it's easy to make errors or touches you didn't mean. Somehow though it is also too easy to select items you didn't mean, especially when scrolling. Scrolling is slow. I can't sort by price? What kind of shopping website doesn't let you sort - by anything? Also I don't want to switch between Gap stores...that's why there's an app for each one. That's taking up valuable real estate.
Poor design and poor shopping experience. Missing something aa simple as a back button which leads tp continually frustrating experience. The barcode scanner function doesn't work. Ever.
