Application for coaches to track athletes sleep, nutrition, RPE, and goals.

Athletes enter data daily into the app about whether they attended the session, their rate of perceived exertion (RPE), the number of hours sleep they got, and a nutrition rating from 1 to 10. In addition, at the end of each week there is a weekly goal review that asks the athlete three questions about their progress towards their goals during the week.

Once the data has been input, the athlete can click a button that formats the data into an email ready to send to the athlete's coach. The athlete can also review their statistics for the week and compare them against data from other weeks.

There is a corresponding spreadsheet that generates tables of the key statistics from the raw emailed data. Email [email protected] if you would like a copy of this spreadsheet.
