Balance alerts never worked. The app is consistently offline or has "connection issues". Never shows the pending charges in the activity but tells you your available balance is less than your actual balance. I get overdraft charges when my account was never negative because of supposed pending charges that never show in my activity.
Very bad app. Overly cautious with security. Won't let me log in even with correct password just because it's been awhile since I last logged on. Very inconvenient and disappointing.
Constantly crashing. I have switched phones and after a little bit of having it. It crashes.
Very Convenient, easy-to-use and extremely secure, access to all your online banking needs.

Constantly having issues logging in. Very disappointed.
Can't log in half the time, or at all at night, and I can only assume the servers that handle log in requests get nightly downtime.
