the bill pay option doesn't allow for a memo section to add important info. I therefore have to put it in account number section which means I have to add the same payee every month. as you can imagine this is a pain and one of the main reasons I don't use the bill pay option.
The app is good except it doesn't show pending charges.
Banking without going to the bank is awesome! Whether in the bank or online, Athol Savings Bank takes great care!
Ever since the ASB app was updated updated 16 July 2019, I no longer am able to login. When I attempt to login I get this message. "Sorry, This mobile solution only supports business banking users.." . Please make this app compatible with Samsung Galaxy Note 4. (Samsung - SM - N910A)
First time bill pay user. Easy to use! Just an update: I love this app! It is efficient, reliable, and a great alternative to using plastic.
It's easy to check your balance, transfer funds between accounts (especially for college students who run out of money on ther food cards at college!)
I absolutely love this app. It was very hard for me to get out of the house because I am on oxygen and sick and this makes life a lot easier.
