UI needs a facelift and UX could be way better. Invisible security questions, errors on form submission, overall unclear, poor design. Am glad they have the app though; convenient and useful but should be much more delightful. You know what would be really great as if they made your exercise videos into a tiktok-like swipeable feed that timed the exercise for you.

Download link that was auto texted was totally broken. Registration is very difficult due to UI problems (white text on white background). Can't complete intake forms due to random error (no matter how many times reload the page or app). That's about all the further I've gotten so far. Mostly unusable. Had great potential, but the upkeep / QC on this app is absolutely awful, and no one seems to be paying attention or even care. Hope they fix the issues. Seems like it could be really useful. :(

Crashes on the Galaxy S10+. I called the ATI tech support team and they said that the current app version is not compatible with Galaxy S9 or S10. They are working on a new version but don't have an ETA. Considering the app doesnt work with the S9 either, I would think they are not working fast enough. Very disappointing that I cant even use the app because I have a Galaxy phone!

The only rating possible since the app never does anything. I sign in and it stops. After 2 or 3 attempts, I get a message from my phone that this app keeps stopping and I have to close the app. If it ever works, I'll update my review. I was able to download the app on iPad from App store and it works. Must be an android problem.

Major problem registering. After I enter my email & the registration code, am taken to a screen to choose security questions: the screen is BLANK. Drag finger around screen and some very pale grey boxes briefly appear under my finger but contrast is so minimal i cant read what is in the box. Using Pixel 2XL. Finally able to get in. There are other problems. UI is pretty janky. Among other things, when I click the "account" menu link, app just routes back to same page i was on (exercises).

I installed this app and have never been able to use because it crashes every time I try to sign in. It either just closes the app after sign in or crashes. I've been trying to sign in all morning after I signed up, never got in. I'll have to uninstall and just go online instead. after reading the reviews, looks like this has been an occurring issue that they've failed to address. 😕

I've tried for days, installed and uninstalled over and over, sent feedback. Have not been able to use once. Opens, put in logon info, crashes, every single time. it would be nice to see what I'm supposed to be doing. Their printer wasn't working either so no take aways. Great idea, if it worked.

Crashes every time on login. It seems it has been abandoned. It hasn't been updated in over a year. I tried it on a 4 year old phone (I'm using a Samsung Note 10+) and it worked on the old phone, it just doesn't seem to work on newer updated phones, S9, S10 either.

The phone app litterly sucks. can log into the site on a regular computer, but not the app for android. Called customer service then gave me a link to use without the app and works. Who ever programmed this app or is in charge of maintaining it really needs help. Either this app was hacked or has some major programming issues. The company itself seem knowledgable about Physical Theropy, but whatever company they go threw for their IT services they may need to change.

Link to download app from text message was broken. Downloaded after searching in google app market. Then, during the setup, it shows a completely blank screen on the security questions. Have to tap randomly to unhide them individually. Terrible quality control.

I haven't even been able to log in bc it just keeps crashing. I was anticipating really liking this app so I'm pretty disappointed. having therapy appointments 3 days a week sync to my calendar would have been helpful, along with having the home exercises available.

Agree with previous review about white questions on white background. I was able to push on the screen and see very faint questions revealed, but no way to select and pressing Done didn't work. Worthless.

Love my Physical Therapists but this app needs a serious overhaul. Everytime I login the App stops working and my phone asks me if I want to "close app", "restart app" or "report". No matter if I choose to restart or completely close out of the app and re-open it and try to login the outcome is always the same - the app stops working.

UNINSTALLED! It absolutely will not open on my Note 9. Called for tech support and was told this is a known issue that it won't work with the updated android software. Works fine on my ipad though. Unfortunately I don't carry it everywhere I go. Please fix.

Almost worthless. It might show your appointments. But not always. Only shows some of your exercises. Always requires you to log in even on your phone. Often logs you out when you follow one of its own links. Not worth the time and space on your phone. I am uninstalling. The app developers should be fired.

I was told to download the app when I started physical therapy and I can't even get logged in. The app keeps crashing everytime I put in my login and password. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling but I still can't get it to open at all past the login screen.

The app does not work properly, when I try to open it it keeps giving an error that the app keeps stopping and I can't open the app at all. IT is working on it with no success so far. They are now telling me that the app have a compatibility issue with the newer Samsung phones

Crashes with every login. I didn't believe the other reviews but its true. While I was able to create my account online and access the online services I am not able to login to the app. It just crashes when logging in. Unfortunately, the website states only certain actions are available via the app. Hmm... not good.

A work in progress? I see some of my exercises, but not all of them. Access to my data would be nice, too. This app feels like a black hole. Stats go in, but nothing comes back. Edit: I'm supposed to do these exercises for the foreseeable future, even after I'm discharged. But. My exercises have disappeared from the app.

Downloaded fine, but won't open. I put my user name and password in and the app will either close or take me back to log in. I am glad my experience with the app isn't the same as when I am there in person. My experience in person is exceptional.

I had this app in 2018 and it worked perfectly. I deleted it when my therapy was over. Im back in therapy again so I redownloaded the app multiple times and each time I try to login it says that it crashed. Please fix this issue. I see from the reviews that Im not the only one having this issue.

app keeps crashing and force stopping. I was able to register and set up the security questions. When i try to go back and log in, it will force close. I already clear cache, data and force stopped the app, uninstalled/ installed and still have issue. Fix this app if you are going to offer it.

Seems to work fine on my Galaxy S10 so far. Weird that it was updated in August and people in September say it wasn't upgraded for over a year and crashing. Maybe they installed an old version somehow.

Way too many glitches but when it works it is convenient to have all my exercises on my phone. It worked fine until a few weeks ago and now I cant even log in. Tech support told me to use the web version, not the app. NOT HELPFUL!

app crashes on my note 8 when trying to login. never worked. called support and got automated answer that they are working in it... it's been a month. useless! no updates to app in almost a year. ATI PT needs to fire the app developer and reboot!

the app keeps crashing for me too. i am successfully registered but when i go to log in, the app crashes and closes immediately. app engineers- seems like there is a problem logging in to android phones. the app my samsung s9 keeps crashing. think you could fix it the bug?

I can never use app . it crashes everytime. Staff apparently does not use the app as they keep referring you to it. so they cant be using it if majority of the complaints are that the Pp crashed before you can even sign in. I dont even know what it looks like when you sign in... because I never could and still cant...so luckly my therapist was nice enough to give me her number to contact her directly for any reason....This app is a waste!

I too had issues signing in, but it was a user error. I thought I could just register, but we must go through the email that was sent. It was in my spam folder. Once I clicked the link using the code in the email it was vwey easy.

I can't even open the app beyond the login page. I type my credentials in and the screen goes white before the app just shuts down. When I try to reopen it, it just takes me to the login screen again and won't go beyond that.

I have tried for several weeks to install reinstall and change my password with this app but it does not work at all it just keeps kicking me out. Physical Therapy says the app says I'm active which is not true I have never been able to use it
