This is ridculous, this service costs about $700 per semester and they are incapable of making an ebook work properly. Where is all of that money going? Certainly not into development of their product, much more likely into their pockets. It takes me twice as long to study the information in the ebook because it's constantly stuck in a loop of freezing, loading and authenticating my account. In fact, I could be studying right now but this app is preventing me from doing so.
Loses login token for magical reasons. When reading, prepare to move between chapters at random intervals. Like, radioactive cesium decay random. A good product delivered in a staggeringly-awful form. If this were your only option for learning, it would be preferable to pay somebody to punch you while screaming the information in your bleeding face.
Would be a wonderful app if I could actually use it. As soon as I open a book, the app logs me out. I can sign in with my credentials or fingerprint, get back to my library screen... just to be logged out again. It goes through this endless cycle until I just close the app.
This app never works anymore, it crashes as soon as you try to open it. It was, when working, very handy to use on the go. You'd think as expensive as ATI is they could afford to fix the app.
12.27.19: Now will not load at all, shows PN textbooks for RN students??? Old:Just complete trash. I assumed that because my old phone was having issues as it was, that was the reason the app wasnt working. i now have a phone that literally is less than 6 months from launch and it wont open on the newest Android OS? Get you act together ATI. We all need access to study and this app suddenly not working for too many folks is odd. How dare you take our money and make such an inferior program?
Would be great if it worked. It worked once for me.. now it shuts off everytime I open the app. I can't even go online from my phone to read ATI ebooks because it refers me back to the app to even open the material.
The reader used to work great, now I have to log into ATI on google chrome to open my ATI books, inly to be redirected to the app. The app no longer allows me to access my ATI books directly through the app as of 3 weeks ago, keeps saying my authentication token has expired.
Good concept so that I don't have to carry my books around and can still read even without my laptop. But keeps crashing. Now it won't even go past the log in, it just keeps logging me out. Please fix this.
Needs desperate redesign. Am I the only one who it kicks out after I use my fingerprint to login? I've used this app on more than 5 devices and I deal with the same BS * I paid over $500 on ATI resources and they can't have anyone update this app, so it's usable? Where is my money going to?
Doesn't have all my ebooks and won't let me navigate the few books that do show up. ATIs platform already sucks and this does not surprise me that they can't get an app that works well together
cant even open keeps crashing uninstalled and reinstalled still happens would like to use please fix will adjust rating once fixed works for my apple ipad but doesnt work for my android phone
I had this app for a few years now and just this month it has not been working at all on my cellphone. I uninstalled it and reinstalled and it is still not opening.
Just downloaded this app and it keeps saying my username or password are wrong. I use the same login on a computer or google chrome on my phone and it logs me in without problem.
Buggy. I can't pull up one of my textbooks. I've tried to uninstall the app and then reinstall and it still isn't working.
Asks you to login every 3 seconds because "access token expired" making it quite hard to study when it kicks you out as soon as you've found where you left off.
Awful app. Stops working all the time, search feature is a mess, super slow. Just awful.
I can't open my downloaded books. I was able to open up the book maybe all of 3 times and then it just stopped working.
I downloaded my books but have to redownload them and they won't download. I would greatly appreciate if this was fixed.
The app is convenient having my books on hand. I would love it even more if it kept me logged in. However, it is very handy.
What happened to the quizzes? This app was pivotal for creating practice tests, rationales, and studying for ATI tests! Now all I have are text books...BRING BACK THE QUIZ BANKS!
I love the app it's convenient instead of carrying all these books but i hate that it stop working after couple days I have to uninstall and reinstall it
This app keeps closing on samsung note 9. Maybe once it is fixed i will give a higher score.
I downloaded in my new phone and it finally works, and I'm hoping I'm not jinxing myself by saying that, but I need the comprehensive RN review and cannot seem to find it anywhere.

This app was amazing before. i used it to read my ati books on the fly. Now it won't even open. it just instantly closes. Please fix it as i used to use it a lot. upside you can go to the ATI website and just download the books as PDFs and save them manually on your phone. update- they still havent fixed the crashing. they told me to reformat my device to make their app work. so not very helpful
