The select all that apply continue to tell me I am incorrect, however my responses are correct. Also, the questions where you have to put them in order are messed up as well. Otherwise, the app is fantastic.
The app is easy to use and rationale are great, but for some reason the select all that apply questions don't alow me to fully select the questions. Even if I get it right, it sinetimes counts it wrong. Still better than any other free app out there
yes the SATA answers are kind of glitchy. HOWEVER! this app 100% helped me pass NCLEX. It is amazing! The questions were very similar and the wording on others helped me find the best answer during NCLEX. The only thing I would like to see more questions in the bank. I used this app so much I saw each question more then once. Read the rationales.
As others have said, the SATA questions are glitchy. But you can avoid that if you pick answers in order. Otherwise, it's an excellent app. I only used this and an ATI book from class, and I passed the NCLEX in 75 questions.
FIX THE 'SELECT ALL THAT APPLY' QUESTIONS!!!! It is frustrating and disheartening to get a question wrong even tho your answers match the app!!!!! 😡
Easy to use and reviewing the rationales helped with my ATI proctored exams. I definitely recommend this app to any Nursing student.
Good companion to the ati textbooks my school used. Free and works offline. At least it did five years ago.
Select all the apply always Mark as wrong even if I select all the right ones according to the rationale
The Select all that apply and the "all answers must be used" Or "place in order" Questions do not work even if the answers are correct and match that given in the rationale it says your incorrect
Incorrect marks for correctly answered questions? SATA questions are always incorrect even when answered correctly? what a mess ATI, you can do better than this

All of the SATA questions I select correctly tell me I have answered incorrectly.

I purchased this today while it was half off and so far it seems ok but I'm bummed it won't let me share on Facebook like it's supposed to be able to do. When I try to share, it just sits idle loading for about 5 minutes and then the app crashes. Definitely glad I didn't pay full price for this.
Great App. I especially appreciate the fact that the rationales are there with each question and response. It does not matter what year you are because you can make the quizzes for a specific or broad range of skills. The only problem I have now is that when I took a junior level courses and the ATI exam only asked me the same fifty questions over and over again when you focus in on a specific area. That is not good when you pay that much for an app.
I bought the app presuming I would get a variety of questions in each content area. I was disappointed when I discovered this was not to be. At present time, maternal has 66 questions & children does not seem to have more than about 125. My school relies on ATI for a large percentage of our grade so I was hoping the extra practice with ATI style questions would help. Unfortunately this was not the case. I regret having spent the money on the app when the free version seemed to have about the same content.
The app is cool. I love doing practice questions here and there. Easier than using the books. Questions are pretty high quality. ONLY PROBLEM, it marks ALL of your multi-answer questions wrong. That kinda skews your scores which you use to see where you perform the best/worst. Ati needs to fix that.
I have a few problems with this app. The first problem is that the Select All That Apply questions are almost always marked wrong even when your answer agrees with the rationale. My other problem is that the questions are always the same. I've had the app for over a year and I don't ever see any new questions. Fix those problems and I'd give the app 5 stars.
I like the variety of question types and the number of questions. Sometimes the rationales are helpful, but others simply say, "this is not the appropriate action for this client. The "select all that apply" questions are ALWAYS marked wrong, even when I get them right. Very disappointed that I spent money on this app. With all these problems, an app with such low quality should be free.
There are times when you get the question right and it marks it wrong. Also it would be nice if you would give a discount to thought that already have ATI for school, slightly annoying to have to pay for it twice. Lastly you should consider makings you books available and convenient in either an app like Kindle or thought the app book store. All and all I have enjoy using ATI and think it will help me a great deal in preparing for my NCLEX tomorrow.
I've been using this app since I graduated. Although there are questions covering a variety of content,it's really annoying when the app marks a question wrong when it's clearly correct. Even after re-installing the app and updating it,correctly answered select all that apply and dosage calculation questions are still sometimes marked incorrect. The app also freezes from time to time.
The questions are great. The app really focus my thinking process. But the SATA questions structure requires repair. When I have the correct answers the app will mark my sata question incorrect. For instance #820 ̲. Second finding subjects are difficult for a new RN student. It would be even better to narrow the subjects down to titles specific such as Fluid and Electrolyte; law; vital signs;skin and wound care. This would allow pin point focus on specific topics.
This app is glitchy, especially with select all that apply type of questions. It doesn't highlight the options as I select them, and sometimes it counts my answers as incorrect even though I selected the correct options. Also, when I select answer choices that are supposed to be arranged in order, it doesn't show which one I selected firt, second, third, and so on. Please fix those errors.
