The mission of United Way of Greater Atlanta 2-1-1 is to connect people to the assistance they need to address everyday challenges of living as well as those that develop during times of community emergencies. 2-1-1 is free, confidential, and available 24 hours 7 days a week.Resources are available for the following counties: Butts, Cherokee, Clayton, Cobb, Coweta, Dawson, DeKalb, Douglas, Fayette, Forsyth, Fulton, Gwinnett, Hall, Henry, Paulding and Rockdale.

App doesn't resemble the examples above. Info is good, but I was expecting more details. Didn't find what I was looking for but I will probably use the app again for different purposes.

211 associates are nice and they provide information/resources but majority of the people you speak to (#'s 211 provide for assistance) are SUPER RUDE and you have to go through hell just to get assistance. Well at least in the Atlanta area. Really unprofessional and obnoxious. They talk to you like you are not worth the time and effort. I have not had a pleasant experience at all.

Application keeps crashing. A screen saying that an application restart is required keeps popping up, and I have to restart the phone to close it.

I wish this app worked but it keeps telling me an app restart is required. I had to shut my phone down and uninstall.the app.

I absolutely love this app there resources are very helpful and I was able to find a job threw them as well as an apartment all the resources are very up to date the people were nice and their very caring if you are in need of clothing housing ect don't hesitate to use this app or call 211 help because the help is available any day or time
