Everything was awesome about this app until this last update. I don't know why you don't have the options of the " Shop" and "Return Tickets" anymore. Because those functions are in important and if they do remain in the app I can't find them. If we can get back the large menu we had I would rate this app a lot higher. Because those functions were important to me.
Great app for keeping up with the schedule and accurate game stats, but it always has to be close and opened multiple times before it finally works. Aside from that the app is great
Latest update broke the app entirely. Can't get the barcode to show at all. App has no value if I can't get my ticket and there is no other way to get into the arena.
Crashes when you try to see tickets. Please bring back the old app that works. While you are at it also bring back Hawks that know how to win.
I just uninstalled the app because it crashed every time I tried to open it and select "tickets"... The season is starting please fix!!!!
This app is terrible. It always has errors when trying to login to see your tickets and contacting the hawks customer service is useless.
App won't get past loading screen. Gets to 100% and just stays there. Now I have to go to the box office to pick up my mobile tickets.
same for me...the app loads to 100% fast then just stays there. I waited 7mins and closed/ reopened app several times and still nothing.
Tried to setup an account but right after I did and tried to login I kept getting error message telling me my user name and password was incorrect. Awful experience!!!
Terrible app. Doesn't save your info. Try to create account and it refreshes the screen randomly. Horrible
