Season ticket holder from the beginning. The app used to be more stable and useful. Now it is bloated with too many bells and whistles, and stability had massively suffered. It is an ongoing issue to access your tickets on consistent basis. The solution often times is to uninstall and reinstall the app to do so. And the prices continue to go up even though the market price for tickets is lower than what season ticket holders pay.

Since the update the app fails to load 4 out 5 times and is highly unstable. Just gets stuck in loading configuration. And it doesn't matter if you're on WiFi or data, it just craps out on you. Last year's version wouldn't load all the time but at least you know that a try or 2 would get you going. This 2020 version is offering you less chance of success than winning the GA Lottery!

This is terrible. It alternates between various non-working states - stuck on "Loading", stuck on "Loading Configuration", all blank white pages with "Please check back later", etc. I've tried various workarounds, including uninstalling and reinstalling, and some of those were partially successful - the app would start working again, only to fail again shortly after. This was a bad trade - can we bring back the old app?

Like others have said..it isnt usable. I cannot access my tickets through the app. I have tried numerous times. Every single time I click manage my tickets a screen pops up that says something about signing in. Only it wont let me. It freezes. Cannot go back to Previous or anything...just stuck. I tried updating hoping that would solve it. Nope. Previous seasons I did not have a problem with it. This year it has been nothing but trouble

Insanely buggy, terrible user experience especially when the app is the only way to show tickets and gain entrance to the games. The old version was wayyyy more reliable. Fix it! Update: even worse...now it's not allowing me to list tickets for sale. Just endlessly clicking PAYOUT METHOD without going anywhere. Pretty basic stuff I never had problems with in years past now routinely breaks. Unacceptable for an organization with the kind of resources AMB Group has behind it! 👎 Saw your response...I've had this capability to offer my season tickets for sale via the app for a few years now. It worked all season until recently. I had to get my daughter to use the IOS version of the app to put mine up for sale this time. This isn't new functionality, it's nothing to do with ticketmaster. It's just a bug.

VERY FRUSTRATING. Why can you pay for parking but it won't let you print it out. The program just doesn't work most of the time.

Very unstable. Crashes often. Won't allow access to my tickets. Says "session has expired" and to login, but app crashes. When reloading the app, there is no place to login. Uninstalled the app. After reinstalling, I was able to login an access my season tickets. It is now the 22 of August, still no updates or fixes to the app. Continues to crash and not allow access to season tickets without reinstalling the app. I would expect a better app from ATLUTD and Ticketmaster.

Frustrating app. Doesn't always open when clicked and constantly gets hung on opening screen. Says "Loading content" but it frequently doesnt. Your only option is to force close the app, uninstall it and reinstall. Every time. It works ok the times that it does open The United is a first class outfit. This app is not. Hoping they will fire the developers responsible for this fail and quickly replace this with a better, more reliable app

When you go to your "Manage Tickets" account, it gives an error message saying "Session Expired Please sign in Again" but there's no way to sign in, go back, or do anything. It completely locks up the app and have to swipe it closed. Same thing happens when you try to click on the "Log in to ticketmaster" link. Totally worthless.

This app since its inception has been nothing short of a nightmare. Whether it be "session expired" every time I enter my login info or the inability to even log in to manage tickets or ticketmaster not recognizing my credentials or...you get the idea. Asthetically the feed and media all look nice and function well. I just wish the app would actually work as it pertains to account and ticket management, which in my experience has never been the case.

I have to uninstall this app constantly,bibget the error message "session expired please sign in again" when I go to manage my tickets, but the app will not let me back out of that screen or sign in again if I close it and reopen. The only option I've found that works is uninstall and reinstall it. 8/9 this is still a problem, how is uninstall and reinstall an app a way to work ... So incredibly annoying...

The app is astonishingly bad. Once it "forgets" your log in info, to access your tickets you have to clear the apps cache and data storage before it let's you log in and access your tickets. Real fun having to do this before every game. Edit: changed to one star because there is no way I'm helping to bring the average up.

Tickets working better this year (2022) but parking is still broken. It says 'No events' even though there's a game today.

Stop making the app over complicated. We just need to be able to access our tickets and check the schedule.

Locks up frequently, like as you are walking up to the gate... Forces you to re-login, but, you can't - have to uninstall and reinstall. Won't let me resell tickets, select tickets, choose payout, then... nothing. Super frustrating! I see Ticketmaster says to sell via web. Yeah, try to find that path on their site. "No Upcoming Events" and other roadblocks. Sad excuse for paperless transition.

This is an embarrassment of an app and has been for years. Unfortunately, it just gets worse with each month. Truly broken. Needs a reinstall before every use and even then it's a crapshoot if you can get it working long enough to save your ticket to your Google Pay account where you can actually use it at the game.

Crashes all the time. Constantly have to uninstall and reinstall. It will give a session expired please login again message if you try to access your tickets and then the screen locks. Try to play a video the app closes. This has been going on for years. Fix this already

I'm a founding member and have used the app since day one.. The app used to be much better. This latest version is buggy and an absolute disaster. I cannot get access to my tickets regularly. It says signed and does give me an option to sign back in. I own a tech company and if we were this bad, we would be out of business.

This app is trash. It's GameDay and I can't access my tickets. Great job United! Nothing like making it easy on your season ticket holders. Update as of 5-12 you still can not access your season tickets through the app. If you select tickets and manage in the app you are greeted with a blank screen saying session expired and the app freezes and crashes. This is so frustrating since you moved to all digital ticketing and took away our badges.

I have been trying to use this app since the beginning. Now that tickets are only digital this app is not going to work out at all. I'm a founding member and have 7 seats I have had a poor experience since trying to use the app with all these seats. Currently the app has not been able to be loading at all. When we have 45,000 folks trying to get into the matches it's going to be horrible. Understand that you all need to reflect on what means the most. And I'm kinda disappointed.

There is a persistent error where the app will log you out of your account and give you no way to log back in (just goes to a white screen when you attempt to view tickets or do anything account related except view messages). Only way to log back in is to uninstall and reinstall the app. If you are forced to use this app make sure to download your tickets to your phone (google or apple pay) to make sure you can get in to the game. The app is unreliable and will leave you stranded at the gate.

I've never been able to consistently access my tickets through this app. Before I was getting a pop up message that prevented me from accessing and now it's just a blank screen. If you're going to force season ticket holders to use mobile tickets you need to make it just as easy as using the old matchday cards, and this is nowhere close.

This app has been, by far and away, the most unstable piece of garbage I've ever used on my phone. And, adding insult to injury, Atlanta United makes us use it if we want to attend a match. I had to uninstall/reinstall the latest update to just to be able to log in. This app has been this unreliable since introduced 3 years ago.

Completely unusable! When you launch the app it goes through the loading screen but doesn't progress further. Then it simply locks up the phone so that you have to try to force close it. I have uninstalled it now because I simply can't get anywhere with it.

Crashes frequently. Often does not load. Update Most recently automatically logged me out and impossible to log in. As a result frequently have to uninstall and reinstall. Atlanta United, you need to say adios to Ticketmaster and use a different service, or use your own. Developers should be fired, a five-year-old could build a better app Congrats on the 8/24/21 software update. Now I still have to delete and reinstall the app frequently to access my tickets. Just like before.

They took a decently functional app and turned it into something that crashes each time you touch anything. I can't wait to be unable to use my tickets when the season comes because they got rid of physical passes and put them all inside this stupid app.

If you're going to do away with matchday cards how about making sure the app is functional. Every time I try to access my tickets it says session expired and freezes. On my fourth uninstall and re-install. Absolutely ridiculous.

The AU app has been a massive disappointment function wise from the first season and has not improved a bit with each new version. Trying to get assistance from Ticketmaster to fix issues that AU blame on them is an exercise in futility.

Terrible. It had to be started twice before it would work, then it just stopped working at all. In fact, I would have to reboot my phone because it froze up so I deleted the app altogether. If I could give zero stars I would.

Hi Jana. Specific problems I've had are getting logged out, app crashes, and problems listing tickets (crashes, tickets not listed, or unable to edit ticket listings. It seems to be better than in previous years, but still not running well.
