Updated- had to completely uninstall and reinstall fresh. Seems to be working now. Much better and useful than the old one. Just updated hoping for a real useful product as the old version is good for very little. The upgrade crashes after 2 min. You need better programers for all the money you charge people.

Easy to use and navigate. Update: Had a short outage today. Entered it on their webpage and in a few seconds it verified I had no service. It showed a map of 31 other accounts involved. I entered a reach number and someone called me within a minute or two of the service coming back on to confirm. I'm impressed!

I do like the convenience of paying my electric bill without having to leave my home or buy stamps. I'm not that fond of the convenience fee, but I guess it is what is. Everybody seems to charge extra for "convenience", even if I pay my bill at the local Walmart, they charge a "convenience fee". 🤷‍♀️

The new version of this app is is 1000 times better than the original version. It is super easy to use, and it saves my information so I don't have to get my card out every time I pay my bill. Looking up my usage and any other detail from my bill is very easy too.

The Atlantic City Electric app fails everytime I try to log in. I reset the password, write it down and the app crashes and makes me do it all over and over. I refuse to pay even a $2 convenience fee to call in a payment because three times in two months their contractors read my meter wrong and tried to get me to go around my apartment building to read it myself FOR THEM. I don't work for Atlantic City Electric! And they weren't giving me a single solitary thing to DO THEIR JOB FOR THEM!🖕🏿

Don't bother with this app! It deserves a minus 5 star. Three months I have tried getting in and I still get "Sign in Error". I have yet to see what the app is about! I have changed my password countless times and still nothing! This app has got to be the most aggravating app out there! 😡

Forgot password. App says it's sending a temp password. Never received any. These apps are supposed to make things easier but it's problem after problem. Nothing beats talking to a real person.

Ever since the last update when the interface changed I can't view my bill. It keeps saying download a PDF app, but I have 3 of them. It's not recognizing that.

I love being able to check my account from anywhere or pay my bill it makes it so much easier than trying to call

Telling me my username/password combo is incorrect. This is not right, I can log in just fine on my desktop. **Hello, is there an update on this? What's going on with the app? Still cannot log in. I use the same user/password online and I can get in, so I know my login info is correct. 7/31/20 - still not working ☹

Not able to use this app. Has been down all weekend. Now before even able to attempt to sign on, supposed to update to newer version. There is no update option. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Fix the app before telling everyone to update it!!!

The app has been changed and I don't like it one bit! I cannot view my bill anymore. So I've uninenrolled in paperless billing. AC Electric, you need to fix this!

I've had the need to report street lights that were out on my street. This app service worked out great, ie the lights were repaired within a few days. Great App and great service from AC Electric.

Everytime there is a power outage and I go to report it on the app, it always says can't process error. And calling it in is no better and same goes for the website itself.

This app is always up to date when the bill is due showing the amount. The usage data lags days to a week behind. Please fix!

Constantly having trouble with app downloading bill.

Terrible App. Can't register account. I entered all info requested by the app. It says "account does not exist" if that was true then I shouldn't have a bill or you owe me 30 yrs of money back.

The primary reason I wanted this app was for the outage reports. We have a sump pump where I live, and I need to know when I lose power. I've lived here almost a year, and I've never gotten any reported outage.

While it is still good to have, it will not save your payment info despite saying that it did save it and when you try to make a payment it says session expired. So it will not let you make a payment

Says to update app before I can use it but only has the option to open. No update button is available which tells me out the most current version. Get it together ACE!

Incredible improvements. This application has come a long way! I appreciate the current ease & convenience of payments.

Alot better than the original update. Stable as far as I can tell since I've used it twice. I'll update when I use the app more.

Its convenient for paying the bill, ( even though the "convenience charge" is a joke) lol sadly all previous bills are corrupt and unable to be opened needs to be fixed.

I was amazed with the response time , it was almost unbelievable. I reported the broken street light by my house and less than 2 days later it was fixed. Thank You A.C. Electric.
