Needs work. Update April 2020: motion detection on the app is as close to USELESS as can be. All it takes is a single image with no video, so it gives you no idea what could be happening around the time of the motion. If you went to review video there's nothing in the timeline showing motion. How? Why? Is it too much to ask to put a short video clip of 30 seconds during the motion instead of useless images? I've submitted ideas but they've obviously gone nowhere.
I really like this product, however one of the bulbs doesn't seem to want to connect or stay connected. if i could get this to stay connected i would change my rating. Also i cannot get the camera to record videos of events happening, the snapshots are good but the videos doesn't come through.
It's okay but definitely could be better. It was free too 😉 so that's the only reason I'm using it. Installation was easy. But you frequently need to reset the device as Google Home doesn't always integrate well with the system. I'll keep using it though till I upgrade to something better..
I've received the entire setup. The cameras, LED light bulbs, speakers, and plugs. I downloaded the app and I'm trying to set everything up. I come to find out that it's not compatible with hotspot. I use XFINITY hotspot. I do not have a router. Why don't they tell you that beforehand? So basically I have a bunch of expensive garbage now. Right?
The lights were constantly going offline, even though my WiFi is strong. Now, none of the lights work even after removing device and trying to reinstall them. One just blinks slowly and the other two blinks rapidly. The camera NEVER worked.
All I did was move the camera from one room to another and its telling me I can't use it because it assigned to another household. It says apply to "unbind" which I'm assuming is like unlocking a phone...so I did. Multiple times. No response, no follow up, no access to my camera....so it unusable.
Great bulb. I have the Bluetooth speaker bulb and the bulb that changes lights. The only thing I don't like about the Bluetooth speaker bulb is that there is not an option to turn the light on. There is no need for the light in the middle of the.
The automation settings are redundant and limited. Smart Bulbs can't change color through automation, and there's an option for selecting scenes, but no way to create them.
Wonderful having control of home lights on phone, an cameras to see what happens at home when you're not there. I work a lot of hours during the day it feels good to be comfortable coming home safely and in the know. Thanks

Couldn't connect light. Customer service people had no answers. I have FIOS and have no problems connecting other home devices!
I feel that this app works very well with the camera now it makes me want to invest in the light bulbs and the wall adaptors this way I can control difference devices in my place of living Thank ya
It was free and I didn't think it worked for the longest time I just hooked it up and it's really easy to do and you can use you can use Google home

Device will not connect keep telling me restart app and device did multiple times still not connect putting it in garbage

Alantic Energy wants all your personal personal info to use a smart light bulb. Not worth the intrusion into your life. Light bulb tossed provider switched. The privacy policy you need to agree to after you download the but before you can use it or tge smsrt light bulb, lets the app collect unnecessary private information.
Wont let me download the app! I tried all the trouble shooting tips and still nothing!
Like bulbs and mini plug. My problem is I have all On cell but need on my tablet and desktop. Is there another way to get all other than Google Play?
The camera works well but the lightbulb doesn't.
So I only work on older phones. Will not work on fire table. You pay more the BG&E also. The small gifts really not worth it
Because you're not answering your phone for me to be able to connect the device and I ended up throwing it in the trash
It doesn't record when I go out that's the only thing I don't like of the Atlantic Energy camera
cant connect to the lightbulb because I don't have 2.4ghz wifi? Thats stupid, people with decent connection have 5! So now the stupid light bulb just blinks consistently! 💩
This App along with the 3 camera's and 8 bulbs worked AMAZINGLY awesome with no issues and then Boom! An update for the app and all my camera's are off. The motion detection is horrible. Instead of motion detection, I get sound detection!?!?! I could careless what sound it is, I need to see who's making the noise. This app was the biggest part of my daily routine. So I could keep an eye on things or make sure the maintenance men going in my home wasn't stealing or going thru things. Help!
