I give this app 5 stars cause I like weather apps have family who live in south Carolina so if there is ever a hurricane or tropical storm will be able to see it on the app thank you for making this application.

Quite a bit of lag. And no, it is not a resource issue. Galaxy S7 with octacore processor and 4GB of RAM and data connection of 250Mbps/25Mbps. Fix lag and it is 5 stars, hands down. I would even buy the paid version.
